Michaelng, Thanks for the link to Australia Matters. Under their 'Latest videos" I noticed there is a video about Hutt River Province - the farmer who seceded 40 years ago. I will watch that later. Also will read 'the paperwork the ATO doesn't want you to see'. Should be very interesting reading.

This video has not shocked me at all. Try taking a gov department to court. Who has a bottomless pit of money, you or the government (our money) ? I rest my case!
Corruption, you bet. An acquaintance of mine has been 'detained' under the Mental Health Act for 15 months now. Is he mentally unbalanced? No way. Great memory, studying law books etc. Why is he still 'detained'? Because there are certain politicians who became involved in this high profile case and they ended up having to cover their butts.
He was told they were just waiting for the public outcry to die down and he would be released from the hell he had endured over 5? years. I told him not to believe a word they say until it was signed, sealed and delivered. Well, here he is 'detained' for his 'own good'.
This case is not about guilty or innocent it is about not having a trial. They can do many things under the Mental Health Act!

I have asked this question on agmates before - Does anyone know the story of the homeless bloke who lived in caves at Bondi Beach for years? The council had tried to remove him for years even taking him to court (shock, horror, the judge actually said he could continue to live in the caves). The council wanted him out. All of a sudden about 2-3 years ago he was accused of raping a woman. He was taken away and all his belongings removed by council. I have not heard or read one thing about him or his court case (for the rape). Where is he? Can someone please tell me? Is he another victim of corruption? Is he 'detained' under the Mental Health Act too?????

After watching the clip on the tax office and high court corruption, I am firstly if this is true ,Shocked. Its time for the revolution. Our constitution has gone out the back gate. Bolted.
we have to form together and put a plan in place quickly or we are stuffed.

neither condone or accept...IF? the people manage to be told.
and that D Notice deal is sooo handy.
funny how the rules that control us need a lawyer to read them and a pile of lawyers to argue what they mean.
its a Big argument for Plain English re writing so the people can find out how theyve been shafted.
