For Like minded people who like to see-
This flirtation with words is an attempt to describe the mournful anxieties of the mind in a desire to re-establish the quality of human decency and respect for those who have suffered from those who have violated their given or greed stolen advantage towards others—the words were written with clear consideration in the quiet small hours of the night.
Their design is to provide an insight into man’s inability to face the facts of his oppression and to stimulate his instinctive determination to protect the heritage of family, friends and others against indecency and human greed stimulated atrocity.
The words are not designed to denigrate or offend the decent people of the globe or those of the theological believing Christian, Muslim, Jewish, Buddhist, Hindu or other religious faith, but to recognise and condemn a minority within the good people of these groups who have evil or malicious agendas—the words are given in the public interest.
Tuesday 29/11/2011 – Rockhampton National Farmers’ Federation (NNF) District Meeting Report;
By: Colin Uebergang ubergang@bigpond.net.au
This meeting was held by the Executive of NFF and co-sponsored by the following;
AGFORCE
CATTLE COUNCIL OF AUSTRALIA
WESTPAC BANK AGRIBUSINESS
NFF President Mr Jock Laurie concluded the meeting with a ‘thank you’ to the above for their contribution and sponsorship.
The published purpose of the meeting, one of several intended to be held around Australia in the next few months, as quoted by Mr Matt Linnegar, Chief Executive Officer National Farmers’ Federation was to establish; “The Blueprint goes beyond an elected ‘wish list’ or a yearly set of objectives and involves all stakeholders in the agricultural sector in redefining what farming is, what it means to the nation and the hurdles that must be overcome for it to be valuable, robust and sustainable.”
Mr Jock Laurie said; “It is imperative that Australian Agriculture make its voice heard, but in order to do that, we must know where we are going, and how we are going to get there.”
The next such meeting is planned for Toowoomba in March 2012.
I took the opportunity before the meeting started to have a short discussion with NFF President Jock Laurie. I gave him a folder of documents relating to domestic and international banking which included the reports and remarks of a number of very eminent and famous people regarding the fraudulent activity of the global financial industry. Also included was documentation showing the trespass of the politicians of Australia in the disregard of the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution 1900 (UK) and how the Rights of the People had been stripped away with the implementation of a government in today’s terms as being subservient to the United Nations Agenda-21 Treaty Agreement and that all politicians from all parties had engaged in the treason of taking away the Peoples’ Rights without Referendum and in fact in a very deceitful and secretive way over many years.
After the meeting and after I had had a verbal run-in with Laurie’s young private assistant, (I will elaborate on this later in the report) Jock came up to me and said that he would certainly read my submission of documents. I presumed from this second engagement on the matters of my concern, he would at least give them his full consideration.
I regard my mission in Rockhampton yesterday fulfilled by spending time with Jock Lourie in the period before the meeting and being able to present him with a comprehensive package of documents as mentioned. If Jock reads this material, as he has promised, it must start to etch away at the complacent traditionalism which has been foremost embedded in the minds of rural organisational representatives for a very long time.
The Meeting—1 pm to 5 pm;
The meeting started 15 minutes late and commenced in a rather ‘lacklustre’ manner with the Coordinator: Ms Ruth Redfern, explaining the procedure for the meeting. As Ms Redfern had a slight lisp in her speech and thus her pronunciation, she was difficult to hear—this unfortunate speech impediment was made somewhat more inaudible by a sound system that was not of the best audible quality.
This was followed by a rendition of recorded songs by the late Slim Dusty. The modest quality of the sound equipment did little in any way to dignify Dusty’s songs and when it went on too long to a partial replay of the songs, it gave the impression, as was probably intended, that the city of Canberra based NFF Executive were trying to allude they were out there in the bush as bushies for the bushies doing the bushy thing in a bushy way. In my mind this intrinsic event was somewhat over played at the expense of getting down to the business of analysing the real impeding issues confronting Australian agriculture, which as a matter of record the meeting never ascended to or achieved.
However, between eight and ten large round and square tables were set up very nicely with clean white tablecloths, each with places for six to eight people. A head count showed that an initial 67 people attended, however, the first two departed within thirty minutes for reasons unexpressed, but my conclusion was that they were similarly unimpressed to that of my own impressions of what would be accomplished at such a meeting.
Because of my rather robust prior discussion with Jock Laurie and the fact I was the only person attending who had a briefcase of documents—a few had small folders of papers and others had small document attaché cases—I believe the word went out from Jock to David Inall Executive Director of the Cattle Council, for him to sit at the Uebergang table and control him when he attempted to espouse controversially as it was probably believed he would—a task Inall attempted to conduct very pointedly.
Nevertheless, the five other people at the table, four being hard-working sunburnt cattlemen, did attempt at first to give some credit for presenting ideas beyond the boundary gate of agriculture—all of which was continually being disregarded by Inall, as self-appointed scribe and dominant person for our table group.
Each table was asked to contribute by completing suggested areas of strengths and weaknesses in agriculture on a provided form.
I contributed by handing out a copy of the Australian Sovereign Allegiance Paradigm (ASAP’s) one double sided page document which requested the implementation of seven points in order to allow Agriculture and the People of Australia some future prosperity:-
One; Full parliamentary and banking policy disclosure to the People
Two; That parliaments observe the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution 1901 (UK)
Three; The establishment of a Sovereign Banking System for the People
Four; A spending taxation system implemented along the lines of One Nation Easytax
Five; The domestic use of our natural gas at export pricing plus distribution cost
Six; The establishment of a compulsory national property disaster insurance scheme
Seven; That agricultural people and their organisations to object to a carbon tax
David Inall engineered objection around the table to all of these suggestions—instead he promoted discussion from the table relating to more local concerns associated with agriculture. I understood as it was the objective of the NFF Executive to obtain the grass-root view of the primary producer. However, I could not overlook the fact they didn’t want the grass-root people getting to know too much about international matters concerning agriculture and more so about sensitive issues of which I was alluding to—all of which I believe the NFF Executive themselves were not fully aware of or actually concerned with.
The discussion then prevailed on a more bushy mentality of local, on the farm, or in the cattle yard issues and such. It all sounded like the discussions we had thirty and forty years ago about governments neglect of the rural sector and a request for a fairer go for the man on the land—same old rhetorical stuff. I believe the general limitations of the rural peoples global understanding has changed very little—this must change significantly if ever these People are to share equally in the nation’s decision making and prosperity.
Critically however, before this can happen the executive of their organisations must assist in this transition by first understanding these sensitive areas and then show leadership by voicing the findings loud and clear and not hide behind convention.
The seven points our table subsequently submitted were the following—all of which were remote from the points which I had suggested and submitted.
One; A fair go for 2050
Two; A fairer go from the media
Three; A level playing field without parks and wildlife intervention
Four; Against State Government cut backs
Five; Less red tape
Six; Question costs of production
Seven; Not be afraid of change
In my view there was no specific researched qualification associated with any of these fair-go type of generalised and localised deliberations—and I believe if the same questions had been asked of the school children of the attending people at this meeting—a similar set of enlightenment or even better would have been forthcoming.
After attending a similar meeting of primary producers in Moree a few months ago, sponsored by the New South Wales Farmers’ Association (NSWFA) and National Australia Bank, I witnessed the almost absolute apathetic subservience of some two hundred farmers and graziers listen to the bullshitting rhetoric of the NAB speaker, with the concurrence of the farmers own organisational executive. I believe those in the executive of the (NSWFA) were also subserviently and treacherously influenced by politicians and parliamentary bureaucrats. This influence entails a very strong and deliberate request that certain sensitive issues should not be encouraged for distribution to the People or the school children of the nation.
The meeting proceeded to collectively corroborate the findings of all the table groups and the results were subsequently compiled and a page printed and distributed to the tables. I was handed one and it is shown exactly as follows.
NFF Blueprint for Agriculture
Key VISION Themes ___________________________________________________________________________
This is what came out of the meeting. The juvenile way in which these meeting results were assessed and recorded from this first of a series of national meetings of primary producers as to a 2050 Blueprint for Agriculture, left me believing something was wrong in Tallarook.
This display of primitive investigative analysis of the present critical rural plight, with its fast increasing national debt to bankers of $60 billion, could only be described as puerile at best, the result of which could be construed to mean almost anything other than a numerical analysis of the rural industry. Not a single specific or detailed request was put forward. I requested a printout of a further final result but do not hold a lot of hope in receiving it.
At a coffee break in the afternoon, I was confronted by Westpac’s agribusiness state manager Mr Rod Kelly. Reflecting on the man’s name and knowing that his boss in Westpac was CEO Gail Kelly and now Rod, I wondered if they were relations of poor old “Ned”.
However, the exchange that ensued was jovially amicable, however, I did express the fact that I believed it was not appropriate for the primary producer organisation of Australia to allow the banks to be sponsors of events such as the Blueprint 2050 exercise as I believed that they, the bankers, were the real enemy of rural People.
I was quite shocked at this bankers acceptance of my rather provocative remark which accused the banks of extortionate usury and profit-gouging when computer screen credit was created for all loans made, which after the hard-worked for money of the borrower repaid the loan, it constituted 100% return without interest—more if interest was included.
Kelly not only did not deny my accusation but gave an accentuated smile and a nod of amused concurrence, which made me feel how pleased he was that he was part of the smart-sect and being one of the most privileged on the globe.
I asked Kelly or rather accused Westpac and the NAB of borrowing 10.4 billion US$ from the US Federal Reserve Bank in order to correct their insolvency in 2008. At first Kelly tried to brush this off as hearsay, but when I told him I had the documents confirming this transaction in my briefcase, his defence was to claim ignorance of the matter. After voicing my concern that it was treason by bankers to borrow US printed no cost money, multiply it ten times or more under a fractional reserve fraudulent banking system and have the Australian borrowers repay the US Banksters their 10% share plus interest and 90% plus interest to the Australian Bastards. Before the meeting resumed, I produced the documents confirming the US borrowings by Westpac, NAB and the $54 billion borrowed by the Reserve Bank of Australia. Kelly was most interested to receive these documents.
It was planned that Westpac Bank would host an invitation-only day-long forum in Rockhampton with the NFF the following day. It would be very interesting to be a fly on the wall and hear the b******* offered to the People of Rockhampton and district by Kelly and his associates. If it was anything like what the NAB spokesman vomited in Moree a few months ago at a public meeting, it could only be described as b******* as mentioned. It is probably because of the sole attack I made on the NAB’s speaking representative that day in Moree that the banks have insisted from then on that they will only conduct invitation-only forums in country areas. The speaking banker at Moree became very annoyed with me when approached after he publicly spoke and stomped out of the meeting and was not seen again that day.
In my opinion, it is nothing short of treason by the farm association leaders in having such a close working relationship with the banking industry, which in turn operates within the fraudulent global fractional reserve banking system. One has only to read the very well-researched book “THE WEB OF DEBT” written by Ellen Hodgson-Brown to realise my description of banking was one of fraud and the bankers that lowered to this fraud are evil fraudsters.
Just look at the salaries the four major Australian bank executives paid themselves from the efforts of the hard working People in 2009/ 2010 financial year. These four CEO’S were paid a total of $44 million. Compare this to the new salary package announced this morning for the 226 Federal politicians in Canberra. It ranges from $473,000 for the Prime Minister and $333,000 for the Opposition Leader down in a progression of levels to the junior parliamentary member who will now receive $180,000 yearly—or an approximate average of $200,000 —plus all perks. Outrageous in lavishness as some of the primary politicians salaries are —being a total for the 226 Federal Government politicians as $45 million, it is just only peanut shells compared to the $45 million paid to just these four Banksters who have robbed the People of Australia of hundreds of billions of dollars and property since they, the banks, were deregulated in 1984 by Prime Minister Paul Keating.
Not one word about banking or finance or common law jurisdiction or Constitutional government was mentioned by the People at this meeting—and if I had not mentioned these imperatives to NFF President Jock Laurie, the Westpac bankers privately and to the people at my table at the meeting—these words would not have been aired at this meeting, one which was designed to examine the future prospect and Blueprint for Agriculture 2050.
At the meetings conclusion, I chanced a word with the young lady who was acting as Jock Laurie’s personal assistant. She appeared a nice person who had come from a farm in the Narrabri District. However, it appears she had been warned about me bringing up controversial subjects as she turned on me very quickly and accused me of; “You have come to the meeting to accuse everyone about certain obsessions you have. You have come with your books and papers and personal ideas and want to have them heard and disrupt things.”
I eventually managed to disarm her attack on me by asking her the question; “Are you aware of the fact that our Australian government is now a Corporation and no longer follows the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution 1900 (UK) and the politicians have done this all without holding a referendum on these changes.”
Her reply was; “How could they. We still have a Constitution.”
It was when I produced three books of the Constitution, the first being the 1900 original and the last 2002 and explained how massively they had been changed and altered, that I gained a little servility from her. After gaining her interest, I asked her for her card so I could get in touch with her—however this was overlooked in the rush to leave the meeting. However, she had become very interested in what I had been saying and because of this I gave her another set of documents to read. She agreed to do this and asked if she could contact me and ask further questions. I agreed to her request. It will be interesting to see if she does—or will the establishment get to her and incarcerate her mind again?
It Is All About Representation & Accountability! Do the Australian People Want This Responsibility Or Others To Make This Decision?
After writing the report from my meeting notes of the Rockhampton NFF-Westpac Bank meeting with rural producers in November, I reflect on how serious the plight of these People had become, principally in the inadequate representation they had and were suffering in the places of governance. I believe this is a very serious problem, as there is no doubt they have been subjected to enormous social, mental and financial abuse over a very long period of time by a long line of corruptly influenced multiparty governments.
In return for this abuse, rural People have pioneered and toiled under the least provided for conditions in society for over two hundred years, and in doing so provided the development funding for much of the nation’s past urban infrastructure from the back of hundreds of millions of fine wool Merino sheep and the food from millions of acres of ringbarked, cleared, fenced and ploughed agricultural land, all of which has suffered from pestilence, severe drought, enormous flooding, bushfires and remote essential services provision.
However, on attending and reporting on this NFF 2011 peak rural organisation executive and banking-fraternity fact-finding meeting in Rockhampton with grass-root primary producers, the first of a remaining series will be held throughout 2012. I could only describe the first meeting held as being of only elementary non-statistical value, one that had absolutely no factual analysis of the industries production figures, facts or actual financial history. In my view, this meeting was quite an erroneous and puerile attempt in the very important national task of creating a final Blueprint for Australian Agriculture 2050.
I have from time to time said that the primary producers plight is their own fault, as they are apathetic and procrastinating professionals, and that it serves-them-right they have a national debt of $60 billion. In support of this somewhat unfair industry and social-branding, they have been accused, rightly in my mind, of having worse than useless industry representatives and associations that have been infiltrated, leaving their executives and staff indoctrinated by Fabian political and bureaucratic Agenda-21 policy-makers. This has succumbed to the disastrous free-trade catch-cry and an adherence to the globally corrupt Fractional Reserve banking system.
The proof is in the pudding of these accusations—so let us slice up the pudding of the primary producer and the rural People’s plight and have a look at a few of the primary “cheatings” they have suffered and have been subjected to over the years.
ONE: With the fraudulent and deceitful political and bureaucratic removal of FEE SIMPLE from the ownership titles of the lands of Australia, the primary producers no longer have freehold assurance of their land and what they do with it.
TWO: This was the result of an earlier political and bureaucratic “cheating” of confiscating the rights of the underground mineral resources from the Australian land owners which had been guaranteed to them by the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution 1900 (UK).
THREE: Then came the fraudulent and deceitful political and bureaucratic removal of the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution 1900 (UK) government in 1973 (from all Australians) without a referendum and the subsequent immoral and illegal establishment of a Corporate Government under the treasonably signed United Nations Treaty Agenda—an act of political criminality executed by a few ringleaders and aided and abetted by all political and bureaucratic servants of the People—while we were asleep at the wheel.
FOUR: Then in 1939, the politicians and bureaucrats of Australia succumbed to the fraudulent and deceitful disposal of the Peoples Commonwealth Bank of Australia in favour of the now global, privately-owned and evil, fractional reserve banking system. It is globally apparent that this privately owned international no-cost credit-creating banking monopoly has now the United States of America and Europe along with almost all smaller nations on earth insolvent. The exceptions are China and India. Australia and its People are well and truly on their hit-list for bankruptcy and if a move is made to curtail their Agenda-21 and restrict the massive removal of our mineral wealth for the predominant profit of those controlling the global wealth—our days are numbered!
Apart from these FOUR mentioned major “cheatings” of the rural People of Australia (and all Australians) there are literally hundreds of examples of rural industry “cheatings”. Many are almost as critical, and have been perpetrated by the unscrupulously treasonable politicians and bureaucrats of Australia, all manipulated and administered by the secret pledge of the various court judiciaries and the legal fraternity under their professional registration to the Corporatised Federal and State Governments, all of whom have treasonably colluded against the historic provisions of the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution 1900 (UK) in the absence of the required referendum of the People.
This entire matter of political and bureaucratic secret administrative treachery should be referred to the International Court of Justice. If those responsible were found guilty of criminality, they should be jailed for life under the appropriate Clauses of the Australian Crimes Act 1914.
On a final note of observation, since the illegal and secretive introduction of the Corporatised Federal and State Governments in the 1970’s, no citizen of Australia could find or engage a professional lawyer, accountant or doctor who was allowed, under the perverted law, to place citizens legal, financial or medical needs above the signed registered elegant dictates of the Corporatised Federal and State Governments. These are under the foreign jurisdiction of the United Nations Agenda-21 Agreement, which was signed and sealed by treacherous Fabian politicians and bureaucrats.
In the establishment of the BLUE PRINT FOR AGRICULTURE 2050 the primary producer (and all Australians) must decide at this intersection of time on the following roads.
One: To be governed under the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution 1900 (UK)?
Two: To be governed treasonably by politicians rather than by the direction of the People?
Three: To be governed by the foreign United Nations and international bankers?
The People of AUSTRALIAN have no time to waste making this decision—or will they just apathetically allow others to make the decision for them? They are accepting financial and social slavery for their families with Two and Three!

What is happening in the bush has also happened in the local areas of the cities. The bureaucrats come along with their butcher paper and conduct focus meeting meant to lull everyone in attendance into a belief that something is being done for the betterment of them. In fact as you have pointed out these groups are set up so as it can later be shown that many people attended and of course they came up with such good ideas. The ideas of course are pre-determined and those who attend with REAL ideas are soon belittled and shut up. It seems that the bureaucrats have devised a standard way of dealing with us all. People are unaware of the deceit and the insidious agenda that is part and parcel of most of these forums or focus meetings.

Colin has done the hard yards- jailed for fraud with Wespac debacle- wrote a book while serving time and was exonerated on appeal.
Certainly seems qualified to have an opinion or two and must be admired for having any fight at all left @80 years of age. He and Bob Stewart must be setting the pace for us nippers!
