Another day, another NAB & GRAB story.

 

Posted by Rosie in the Independent Australia recently was the following from Dr Evan Jones, Honorary Associate Professor of Political Economy, University of Sydney who stated: “THE NATIONAL AUSTRALIA BANK is a corrupt organisation. It also runs a bank on the side.”

 

Dr Jones goes on to say: “But running a bank is an essential vehicle for the former—possessing a banking licence gives one carte blanche to engage in corrupt practices. Some of the corruption is strategic, some the product of an unplanned mopping up operation arising from the NAB’s serial incompetence.

“People are being forced out of their farms due to unconscionable conduct by the NAB, yet the courts don’t care”. (Neither do the politicians CARE!)

 

Another Posting by Rosie on the 31^st October 2012, asked the rude question:  “Why are National Australia bankers such f*** heads?”

In antiquity 350 BC ARISTOTLE’s Statement on Usury:  “The most hated sort of money-making and with the greatest reason, is usury, which makes a gain out of money itself, and not from the natural use of it – for money was intended merely for exchange, not for increase at interest. And this term interest, which implies the birth of money from money, is applied to the breeding of money, because the off-spring resembles the parent. Whereof of all modes of money-making, this is the most unnatural.”

 

The 1863 gloating statement by the ROTHSCHILD Bros. of London, in a letter to the New York bankers:“The few who could understand the (banking) system will either be so interested in its profits, or so dependent on its favours, that there will be no opposition from that class, while on the other hand, the great body of people, mentally incapable of comprehending the tremendous advantage capital derives from the system, will bear its burdens without complaint, and perhaps without suspecting that the system is inimical to their interests.”

COMING BACK TO OUR TIME OF THE GREAT DECEPTION;          and again reading the recent warning of Dr Evan Jones, it is difficult to comprehend the apathetic and unwise mentality of the Australian people of this century who refuse to act demonstratively upon his warning words.(Are the sheeple-people totally without a brain?)

 

It is even more incredible that these apathetic nonchalant sheeple-people still respect the silent-solicited-criminality of the politicians and the judicial legal bureaucratic fraternity of this nation. (This is truly a staggering conundrum!)

 

There is no more sure fact, that life on Earth is the result of the all-powerful light and warmth of the Sun, than the politicians and legal bureaucrats have been engaged in systematic malversation—more simply put skullduggery—against the sovereign rights of the Australian citizens. (Since 1973 the evil politicians should be jailed for treason!)

 

EXPLANATION-NEEDED: In 1973, the Labor Prime Minister of Australia Gough Whitlam wrote to Elizabeth, Queen of the Commonwealth, and asked for her permission to introduce and impose a Republican Civil Law Government upon the people of Australia.(This was an act of premeditated treason!)

 

Queen Elizabeth rejected the Whitlam request—but he went ahead without asking the people through a referendum, and with stealth and the chicanery assistance of a group of legal bureaucrats, treasonably imposed the beginning of a Republican Government on the people of Australia.(This was the indulgence of monumental treason by Whitlam!)

 

In 2006 the Liberal Prime Minister John Howard and his government perpetrated the final fraudulent treasonable swindle on the people by mortgaging the Commonwealth of Australia to the Usury Fractional Reserve Central Bankers of the US in a borrowing deed for straw (computer created debt) money of $1.2 Trillian and subsequently forfeiting the Australian land mass and the sovereignty of its people to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission of the UN Agenda 21 under the Registration Number (0000805157).

 

Now in 2013, the Australian people are firmly in the administrative grip of a United Nations Republican Government under the authority of some 700 FOREIGN COUNTRY and INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS, most of which are the unilaterally policy of the United Nations Agenda 21.  (To which the sheeple-people never voted for and are virtually oblivious of their existence!)

 

The only administrative role of a politician in-this-day-and-age is to be a taxation addicted, deceptive, lying baby kisser. All policy directions and decisions are made by the hordes of departmental legal bureaucrats whose role is to administer the UN Agenda 21 policy. They either approve or reject the politician’s brain waves. (For every ministerial politician there are on average, twenty professional departmental bureaucrats—most of whom are lawyers—who make the decisions which costs the sheeple-people billions annually! The Australian politicians are therefore superfluous to the existing foreign administration!)

 

Since 1973, the sheeple-people of Australia have apathetically allowed the politicians and legal bureaucrats to ignore their Commonwealth of Australia Constitution 1900 (UK) and deceitfully impose a fraudulent Australian Constitution without a referendum.              (This treason constitutes flagrant and arrogant disrespect of the people by politicians!)

 

 

Since 1973 and particularly since 2006, the sheeple-people of Australia have been deceitfully, fraudulently and systematically removed from Commonwealth Government administration and subjected to a treasonably administered Corporate Government in both Federal and State jurisdictions. In doing this, the politicians and legal bureaucrats have manipulated and maneuvered themselves into an ultimate position of decision making power, all of which is against the historical object of the Commonwealth Australian Constitution and the interests of the people. (The original intention and objective of the framers of the Commonwealth Australian Constitution was for the PEOPLE to govern Australia through its constitution as a Christian country, and that the politician and bureaucrats were to be the servants of the people, whose obligation was to informed and referred to the PEOPLE on all internal and foreign policy—this INTENTION and OBJECTIVE OBLIGATION has been treasonably overlooked by the arrogant politicians.)

 

A huge subterfuge has been entered into by the politicians who have systematically allowed Queen Elizabeth of England to withdraw her Commonwealth influence over the Australian affairs of government to where she is now allowed no apparent legal sovereign participation. Queen Elizabeth’s picture has been removed from all schools, courts and public buildings along with her Royal Standard. However, the legal bureaucrats and politicians have introduced a neutral-gender queen of Australia in her place who appears on the five-dollar bank note without a crown, and is used in administrative subterfuge. (In an attempt to deceive the sheeple-people of Australia, the bureaucrats have engineered a number of illegitimacies such as displaying a crown on police and armed forces uniforms; however, the display of the crown is kept well away from a place in government or on official documentation!) 

 

In summary of the above horrific and horrendous hootenanny of the politicians and their legal bureaucrats against the sheeple-people of Australia, three clearly treacherous act stand as criminal acts of treason, all of which violate the Commonwealth of Australian Constitution 1900 (UK), all perpetrated without a referendum of the People:-

1)         The fraudulent ignorance of the Commonwealth Australia Constitution (UK) 1900!

2)         The fraudulent registration of the Australian Nation and People to a foreign power!

3          The fraudulent registration of political parties and politicians to the U.S.S&EC!

[The evil politicians and legal bureaucrats have recently woken-up to the fact the sheeple-people are aware of the treason in the above.

In an attempt to hide their criminality from the public, these evils have falsified the official Commonwealth Australian Gazette records.

It is known that several of these evils have sought legal advice in order to ease their fear of being charged and jailed for criminal offences.]     

 

My family were victims of outrageous Westpac banker criminality. The bank officials lied, forged documents, paid witnesses, and paid a breakfast food manufacturer $150,000 to charge me with fraud. I was jailed on a trumped up charge of which three Appeal Justices subsequently and unanimously found the trial judge had ERRED in five instances of instructing the jury. One jurist was sacked by the judge because of his disagreeing outspokenness. (The Macquarie Dictionary interpretation of Erring is to; going astray; in error; wrong; sinning. In other word’s my conviction was a total judgmental-f***-up.)

 

While in jail I wrote the book “BANKER’S, LIES, CRIME & SUICIDES — Australian Family Tragedies” and named those responsible for this erring. As a bonus for those suffering bank incurred criminality, the book will assist many to take precaution against the bastardry of bankers. For those who have not experienced jail, the book includes many farcical, tragic and exploitive exemplifications, but also some humorous experiences along with plenty of explicit blasphemous jail language and behavior.

The Big Question; Why is it the people do not know the truth, when for two thousand years there has been thousands of publicised admissions of fraud upon people by the criminality of bankers, politicians and legal fraternity?  Read a few of the hundreds I have in my library. 

 

George Washington: In a letter to J. Bowen, Rhode Island, January 9, 1787:  “Paper money has had the effect in your State that it will ever have, to ruin commerce, oppress the honest, and open the door to every species of fraud and injustice.”

 

Thomas Jefferson: “I sincerely believe that banking institutions are more dangerous than standing armies. The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs.”          

 

It has been clearly established, in Australia and other countries, that the banking system creates credit. In 1937, an Australian Royal Commission investigated Finance and Banking. In his summing up, the Chairman, Sir Mellis Napier, of the Royal Commission stated: “That the Commonwealth Bank (Reserve) can make money available to Governments or to others on such terms as it chooses even by way of a loan without interest or even without requiring either interest or repayment of principal.”

 

Thomas Jefferson: “Trade liberty for safety or money and you'll end up with neither.  Liberty, like a grain of salt, easily dissolves. The power of questioning - not simply believing - has no friends. Yet liberty depends on it.”   

 

The famous boast of Nathaniel Meyer Rothschild, speaking to a group of bankers, 1912: “Give me the control of the credit of a nation, and I care not who makes the laws.”

 

Napoleon Bonaparte: “The hand that gives is above the hand that takes. Money has no motherland; financiers are without patriotism and decency; their sole object is gain.”

 

Andrew Jackson: To delegation of bankers discussing the Bank Renewal Bill, 1832: “You are a den of vipers and thieves. I intend to rout you out, and by the eternal God, I will rout you out.”  (These were virtually the words of Jesus Christ to the Jewish moneylenders two thousand years ago.)

 

President Abraham Lincoln, Senate document 23, p. 91, 1865, after Congress passed his law issuing “Greenbacks”: “We have given the People of this Republic the greatest blessing they have ever had, their own currency to pay their own debts.”

 

The writings of Sir Josiah Stamp, President Bank of England, at the University of Texas, 1920:  “The modern banking system manufactures money out of nothing. The process is perhaps the most astounding piece of sleight of hand that was ever invented. Banking was conceived in iniquity and born in sin…..bankers own the earth. Take it away from them, but leave them the power to create money, and with a flick of the pen, they will create enough money to buy it back again…….take this great power away from them and all the great fortunes like mine will disappear, and they ought to disappear, for then this would be a better world to live in …… but if you want to continue to be slaves of the bankers and pay the cost of your own slavery, then let bankers continue to create money and control credit.” 

 

President John F. Kennedy, speaking at Columbia University, 10 days before his assassination: “The high office of President has been used to foment a plot to destroy the American’s freedom, and before I leave office I must inform the citizen of his plight.”
