Where Realms Collide
National Sovereignty is nothing new but in todays world there are new calls for such a dimensional aspect to convey a larger focus in the realms of Economic and Political directionalism.
Why would such a notion be deemed necessary ?? After all, are not all nations Free and thus Sovereign in applied nature. ?? Well apparently not.
In the UK, Sovereign Law is now distributed under EU law -- especially Human Rights, although PM Cameron is trying to implement a Law to supercede this position.
The EU Human Rights stems from -- you guessed it -- the United Nations.
Now the Japanese have reintroduced "Restoration of Sovereignty Day" but this may cause some friction with neighbors such as China and Korea who are suspicious of rising Nationalism.
With other Nations who are exploring various responses to National Sovereignty, the next question will be -; How does this relate to International Law and what are the ramifications to not only Countries, the Economics of such aspects but also the Sovereign Nations who must condone or condem such directional responses.
The future is indeed one of Sovereignty.
