This weekend I have just attended the NSW National Party Annual Conference in Bowral NSW Highlands.

An item which has come out of that conference, is a website designed to assist moving everybody's favourite Independent, Mr Rob Oakeshott, out of his seat in the Federal Lower House, where he  has continually supported the Labor Government of P.M. Julia Gillard and previously P.M. Kevin Rudd.

We have also meet Noel and his wife Jill a number of times together with their 2 sons.

The last time was recently when he was home for a mostly family affair (granddaughters birthday) and as usual Noel would have us laughing away.

We had meant to catch up again at his grandsons birthday but tragically this was not to be.

He will be deeply missed and one wonders how such things can happen to such a wonderful loving family.

I suppose it's ok to put this up on the net now that it's common knowledge across the district. Scaddens Run, my families property for four generations, and my home, has been sold.  New owners will take over next year and I'll have to find a new place to live.
