I was having a little chuckle regards the "Earth Hour" last Sat.
In my area, the results were very disappointing, with "no energy saving", but an actual increase of electricity usage during the hour.
I found it interesting to hear the news media comment....that they blamed the increase power usage on people not turning off their air conditioning.!!
Considering that it was a mild night ..I find it hard to believe most people, would be still running aircon to 930pm at… Continue

Myself I belive and so do many others that our police force is being used by the government to raise revenue , Some fines issued by police are dubious at best , Their is a way of fighting back and that is to contest every trafic fine they issue , YOU HAVE RIGHTS USE THEM . all you have to do is request a review of the fine , When you do that it stops the fine from going ahead and they must review it , Whilst it is under review they can not take your money or points . It costs you nothing to ask… Continue

The expose on the US industrial food system, oscar nominated documentary "Food Inc." is to be released in Australian cinemas on May 20th.
I saw it for the first time online (youtube?) in eight parts. But MADGE ordered 20 DVDs from the US and I saw it again at home yesterday. It's a shocker. Especially where the mother was talking about her child's death from Ecoli tainted meat. And where we hear that in the US if one makes public statements about the danger of US meat a libel case… Continue

God's Grace If I were an angel in the space
I would spray my raining tears on the fire race
And flip my wings to hold all Gazza children to God’s grace
I know I could, since I escaped from the mace
I f I were that angel,
I would glare
The killer’s vision and spare
The humans shriveling and the frightened face
And kiss the bleeding feet
and the kid's shoe lace
So I could… Continue

Glaxo never even noticed?
would YOU? be wondering just how well they actually screen the product before release?
I sure do.
Large quantities of a Porcine Virus, what the hell is it doing in it..it seems to be unrelated to the sometimes used culture cells or they would have KNOWN it could/would be there.
ie the SV40 monkey cancer cells, the cells were used as a base and they didnt have the techniques to screen, they use a spaniels kidney cells in another vaccine.
but in… Continue

you will fin d it. It is 72 pages long. It is a new consultation draft. She said you have until 31st March to send submissions in.

( This a Press Release I put out after the Radiation Speech)
The Bligh Government’s priorities and values are clearly mixed-up given that they are enforcing a significantly greater maximum penalty on people who disturb flying foxes than on people who illegally supply and relocate radiation sources, Member for Burnett Rob Messenger said this week during a debate in State Parliament.
Mr Messenger said the maximum penalty for scaring a flying fox out of its roost is more than… Continue

Letter to the Editor – Is Messenger lazy in Parliament, again?
The state journalist who wrote the articles on lazy politicians, by deliberately omitting important and slightly harder to research facts and statistics, must know that he is taking a cheap shot and deliberately misleading the public in order to try and sell a few extra papers.
And again this weekend he reported that I was part of a group of politicians that didn’t ask a question in the last week’s… Continue

Quote from the Wall Street Journal: "Lawmakers working to craft a new comprehensive immigration bill have settled on a way to prevent employers from hiring illegal immigrants: a national biometric identification card all American workers would eventually be required to obtain. Under the potentially controversial plan still taking shape in the Senate, all legal US workers, including citizens and immigrants, would be issued an ID card with embedded information, such as fingerprints, to tie the… Continue

I AM HOPEFUL TO SPEAK THE TRUTH CATCHES ....
I live in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne: we also encounter control of vegetation on our private properties - at random I might add - I know that this does not agree with the "In fee simple" and is illegal. I got involved, but my council had practiced silence - the way my (our) responses had been dealt with are NOT democratic.
