Slings and arrows Ian.....Im not sure where they started from. I do know my Father-in- law had an Uncle at Maxwelton in Qld and another around Toowoomba. They had limited contact over the years. I know there were other Uncles they didnt have any contact with after they branched out from wherever it was they all started from in Aus. They all went their separate ways and lost touch with each other. The same thing happened in my fathers family too. He ran into a fellow of the same age and last name from lower NSW at a cattle sale oneday, they were so alike. Could have been brothers. Obviously from a branch of the family who took the left fork in the road when my Great Grandfather took the right.
