Producer Gas
I had to laugh at the bit where it says that the carbon in the wood chips was 'good carbon' because it had recently come from the atmosphere via plants and was going to be returned to the atmosphere, but the fuel was going to leave the 'bad carbon' from fossil fuels in the ground!
Does anyone know if it is more efficient to use biomass to fuel a gas producer as opposed to burning it to produce steam?
