The Goondiwindi Peter Spencer Support Meeting held on Monday 18th January 2010 was “huge” success.  As agreed at the meeting – let us continue to fight!

We have the opportunity to participate in a day that Australians will remember as the beginning of regaining justice, for us, the landowners of our great nation.

As many of you now know, a rally supporting Peter Spencer for a return of our Land Rights and Civil Liberties is being organised for Tuesday 2nd February in Canberra.  Gathering at Magna Carter Park to begin the march to Parliament House at 10am.

Peter Spencer, a solitary man on a tower, encouraging us all to keep fighting for justice.  He is now in our history pages forever.  When one envisages powerful images, scenes such as Tiananmen Square come to mind, a single man facing all odds, here was our single man, now we are united, and we are powerful.

Barnaby Joyce told you to be active, voice your rights to your land and property.

Kevin Humphries left no shadow of a doubt of the censorship and manipulation that is overrunning our land.

Cate Stuart asked you to unite.  It is your birthright, our diggers fought for a free Australia, but not this Australia filled with terror.

My resolve to all who attended is to continue this fight until we win!

Secure a seat, unit, and lets take to the battle to those who have betrayed us.  Unite!

A huge boost to this protest has come from the New South Wales Farmers Federation, who have voted to spend $150,000 on advertising and bus travel to get members there and have called on their 10,000 members to turn up.

While it is very encouraging to see this organisation finally come on board supporting and adding to the ground swell of discontent of the way governments of all persuasions, both Federal and State, now appear to govern for their benefit rather than that of the people, however, the question needs asking, where have you been for the last 20 odd years?

Since becoming aware of NSW Farmers Federation support I contacted Agforce to encourage them to also get on board and support this protest. I am still waiting on a phone call from the Chairman or the CEO.

Everyone I speak to has heard of the Goondiwindi meeting on Monday afternoon (18 Jan) so the message is getting out there.

I am forwarding this to people’s emails that registered at the Goondiwindi meeting.

To those of you that have not yet registered on the Agmates site, please do so as this will enable you to keep abreast of developments as they occur and view many informative comments and videos, http://agmates.ning.com. Joining is free.

If people making the effort to go to Canberra for the 2nd Feb rally would like a bus organized please contact me on 07 4677 5196 and I will endeavour to arrange one, I will need numbers pretty quickly to have a chance at securing one at reasonable cost.

Please speak to your friends and neighbors about this as it’s a real opportunity to build the strength to regain our democracy and a fair go for all.
