For Like minded people who like to see-
AN AUSSIE WISH LIST
*********************************************************************************
HERE IS ALL I WANT OUT OF LIFE AT THIS TIME...
Borders: Closed!
Illegal boats: Stopped
Christmas Island: Give it to Indonesia with all its inhabitants (As a gift) (That makes the nearest Oz landfall another 1000 kms further on from where the boats launch)
Parliament: Obey it's own laws.
Make politicians keep their promises or have them disqualified from further election.
No programs scheduled to start past the next election.
Dual Citizenship: Abolished (you're either Australian or something else. If you're something else, be a visitor then leave)
Language: English only
Flags: Illegal to display another flag except for consulates and embassies.
Culture: Respect the Australian culture and stop trying to change it to the mess that you left back home.
Stop trying to change us!
Drug Free: Mandatory Drug Screening before Welfare!
NO freebies to: Non-Citizens!
Look after Australians BEFORE donating to other countries. No Australian welfare for any country that is developing nukes or spending more than a reasonable amount on arms.
Only 86% will send this on. Should be 100%. What will you do?
PLEASE SEND IT ON, IF ONLY TO ONE PERSON...

Best defence strategy ever,Not bad for lowering crime as well.
Ane as an afterthought nobody with ties to Real estate of property development allowed to sit on Councils and with some thought similar ideas for various other positions within Government.

If you have a Growth Government, I could see no better solution to get the Nation moving than to also have a major infrastructure building force at a fraction of the cost of the unproductive outsourcing we see by Private Union affiliated Building Companies that are around 3 to 4 times the world unit costs. The waste across all levels of Government is unbelievable in Australia. From my own personnel observation OH&S is implemented to the most unproductive degree in this country even way beyond cities like New York, which was held up as one of the most expensive cities to do work in globally.
Having observed things in the USA over many years, seeing the removal & rebuild of L.A after the earthquake, you can easily see the difference in an unhindered work force IMO. Time for a dramatic change in this Nation!
The failure falls at the feet of both the ALP & the L.P. The current NSW advisor N.G is responcible for a massive blowout in expediture since his time in office that none including the current have & will not scratch the surface of. Sack the lot of them as we are just wasting our taxes on a downward spiral !

Cannot agree with this one at all...... There are many Australian living and working on that island and I have personally know some of the doctors and nurses that have gone there to work. Also a lot of our taxpayer $$$'s have gone to build the Detention Centre there and I would not be happy to see that destroyed by Indonesians.
Permalink Reply by Nicholas N Chin on October 24, 2012 at 11:34am Once a consensus has been reached by as many Just Ground Community Members as possible, I hope some of you would take the initiative of starting a petition to be signed by as many Australians as possible. Once the Petition is completed, I hope some of you or one of you would take the initiative of presenting it to Parliament and get the Petition implemented as the WISH OF THE SOVEREIGN PEOPLE OF AUSTRALIA. GOOD LUCK. DR. CAROLINE WRIGHT IS A SENSIBLE LEADER TO LEAD THIS, I BELIEVE.
Permalink Reply by Nicholas N Chin on October 24, 2012 at 8:11pm someone suggested that it is Singapore who gave it to Australia through its former Prime Minister Lim Yew Hock. It is to Singapore that it should be returned as that little red dot is short of land. Also it is rich enough to buy it back from Australia. We do not want to give it to Indonesia. Singapore shall be able to deal with the problem effectively.
