Hi Jan,

Without sounding too crude, I'd like to see Craig Thompson's "seat" given the same treatment that some rednecks gave to dog's (seats) with a stick of Gelignite.

Jeff,  you are probably not Robinson Crusoe,  but there is a very serious issue here.

A number of the "contraventions" Fair Work have found, are "potentially" criminal acts.   Will the commonwealth DPP have the nouse to charge him, thus forcing him to resign his seat and ultimately bring the Government down?    Will we see REAL justice ?    

 

3 Years of deliberations and Fair Work haven't got the guts to say whether he has committed criminal acts -  are they tools of Labor or not ?

Hi Jan not if I can have a say on it. He is my MP here in Dobell he  should have been removed years ago. Just a speculation but could the mysterious health problem just be plain prostitute cancer. Robert WN

Low forms of humanity, feeding off trusting people, that's Craig Thomson and Williamson, who is worse, he groomed Thomson.

 

Kathy Jackson has been vilified by those in the HSU hierarchy still loyal to these low specimens. One wonders what their share of the rip off might be.

 

But will they pay in the manner that thieves are supposed to pay, will they go to goal? I very much doubt it. I wonder how long the DPP will take to press charges and I wonder what the changes will be?

 

Julia Gillard stands by this man, she is brushing off criminal behavior to suit her own power base. He should never have been parachuted into the seat of Dobell because his history was murky at best.

 

Any Australian should find the behaviour of the Prime Minister, the Labor Party and this MP disgraceful and  dishonourable and the actions of Fair Work Australia appalling. But I am talking about the Labor Party and an arm of Labor Party. They play by different rules.

DPP can't investigate Fair Work report

The Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions says he cannot investigate information that Fair Work Australia has referred to him about the Health Services Union.

A Fair Work Australia inquiry found 181 breaches of rules and referred the matter to the Commonwealth prosecutor.

DPP Chris Craigie has released a statement saying Fair Work Australia's report was not a criminal investigation or a brief of evidence.

ACTU to consider ditching Health Services Union

The Australian Council of Trade Unions (ACTU) will meet tomorrow to consider suspending the beleaguered Health Services Union (HSU) from its ranks.

In a shock announcement from ACTU president Ged Kearney, the peak union body says the allegations of misuse of funds, which are circling the HSU and its former boss Labor MP Craig Thomson, have caused "great concern for [ACTU] members and the broader community".

Seems to me that the Victorian and NSW Police have very sound grounds to arrest senior staff from Fair Work Australia and many others in the paper trail for perverting the cause of Justice and deliberately standing in the way of the police carrying out their duties.

 

These two acts are criminal actions as gazetted in Law and are actionable and will put pressure on the Corrupt Gillard Government and it's Stooges aiding and abetting what is plainly deliberate flouting of the Laws Australia has as it's core foundation.

 

This is the current Labor party we are talking about,I urge all members and their contacts in the wider community to look closely at all members of the Labor party there will be more Criminals amongst them we can action against to get rid of Gillard and Brown and Co. That threat alone will make them make mistakes as they can't all possibly handle the pressure we can put them under.

Tell your Local Labor member we are watching and collating and they will be made accountable,they cannot possibly cover all bases covering up their past conduct if Illegal and in many cases it will be,We just have to find it.

I believe the Labor Party is rotten to the core. Thomson gave himself up yesterday when he said, that we don't what has been found nor what in the Fair Worker Australia report. He said we don't know yet!

 

The WE is the telling word, who is we? Him and his wife, him and his family or him and Julia Gillard and the Labor minders.....He knows what is in the report, he lived it, and he knows it is tied up in a mass of legal gobbledygook to make it as hard as possible for the charges to be placed.  However, it will be sorted by the DPP but Fair Work Australian should not have been the ones investigating this matter, it was a police matter, the fraud squad should have investigated. They will now but how long will it take.

To all, from the SMH 5/4/12 

A Sydney man allegedly used his employer's credit card to splurge $127,000 on holidays, electronic goods and other personal items.

The 25-year-old, from Darlinghurst, is also alleged to have siphoned more than $189,000 from the CBD-based marketing firm that he worked for, into his own account.

Police arrested the employee yesterday afternoon following a month-long investigation.

He was charged with fraud offences and is due to appear at Sydney's Central Local Court today.

Detectives were tipped off about the offences

So folk I say what's in a NAME the above was very unlucky he wasn't christened Craig Thomson or after 3 years investigation Fair work would still be deciding or rather passing the decision on to the DPP to come up with a no case decision. Hi Caroline you ask why the Politicians intervened in this issue at all. Simply due that inherent desire of Political Parties to remain in Government and in Power AND over three years later they are still there all due to my MP for Dobell shifty Craig Thomson in who Juliar the Liar Gillard has complete faith in his innocence and she has made sure he cannot be brought to Justice whilst she is still in Government. You fail to understand the Juliar Labor Government and their branch of  the Fair Work bunch of ALP supporters are  ABOVE the LAW. Robert WN

Senior powerbrokers in the Health Services Union (HSU) have decided embattled president Michael Williamson must go.

Mr Williamson has been suspended from the union since October last year on full pay following allegations he embezzled union funds.

He denies any wrongdoing
