My family have lost our home and now look like we will lose our farm as well. I am determined to prove that the N arcissistic A ffluent B eguile has a systemic strategy of bullying and intimidation, and is hell bent on crushing the spirits of some farmers. I have tried to contact my local members with little success.

I have been fighting this monster since 2008. I am not educated but my strive for justice to this point has outweighed my patience with pain. My family has suffered immensely and my mind is not as sharp as it once was. There are no lawyers in Perth that can challenge this beast. I am dealing with sociopaths. There arrogance still astounds me. Our politicians are weak and spineless. Only when there are no more primary producers left in this country is the day that the public will ask why am i buying my (eggs,milk,butter,meat,wheat,etc) from China,Brazil or Chile.

I am reading the trade practise act and Fair Trading act inside out, but the banks seems to be a protected species everywhere. One prominent Australian law firm has sold there soul to this beast. Definitely fighting out of my weight division. There customer relations machine just keeps pumping away this b*******, sense of fairness, fair and reasonable, give and take. I have sent my case to the Thompson's just to see if there is any similarities or same people involved. I gather they have got enough on there mind. I have good friends and contacts through the media but the suits who run the show, wont bite the hand that feeds them. What hope have we got?

450m class action launched against NABABC November 17, 2010, 6:55 pm

A $450 million class action is being launched on behalf of National Australia Bank shareholders who lost money during the global financial crisis because of NAB's exposure to toxic debt.

Legal firm Maurice Blackburn will lodge the claim in a Victorian court tomorrow.

The firm says NAB had bought $1.2 billion in collateralised debt obligations (CDO) in 2006 which had a heavy exposure to the US sub-prime housing market.

It will allege that between early January and late July that year, NAB failed to properly disclose to shareholders all material information relating to its CDO exposure.

It turns out that throughout 2008 when the Australian Reserve Bank and NAB were telling the wold that the Australian banking system was sound and in good shape unlike the American system. NAB was secretly getting billions of US taxpayer dollars to save it.

@ Matt, is this the right UNEP FI? UNEP FI is a global partnership between UNEP and the financial sector. Over 190 institutions, including banks, insurers and fund managers, work with UNEP to understand the impacts of environmental and social considerations on financial performance.
I've never heard of it so should have an interesting afternoon reading up about it.

COSBOA do have a point, I wrote to the committee about our matter with the NAB and I have never been told to go **** myself in quite such a polite manner before but just like BFSO, ACCC, ASIC et al the Code is meaningless.

Thanks for the encouragement, one of the main problems we have is getting this information in front of younger Australians, and also in front of young activists. That's why my cause at Fanbox is Global Warming Awareness. I want young people and all to read about the scam. I want young Australians to understand the real problems we face. I also want them to learn about these problems. Then pick one and fight back. The one I am promoting is to get the UN out of our local councils. We all should be letting our local councilors know personally what the problem is. Many do not know what Agenda 21 is and are not aware that we have this problem with Agenda 21.
