United Nations Sustainable Development Agenda 21.

The United Nations Agenda 21 was signed onto by the Keating Government at the Earth Summit in Rio in 1992, 177 other Nations signed onto it. As far as I am aware the Australian people were never told about this, at the time, and we were certainly never given a vote on it.

The Howard Government were in power from 1996 to 2008, Howard never removed SD A21 nor did he tell the people about it, or give us a choice as to it's continuation. That part worries me the most.

Sectiion 44 of the Australian Constitution states: that any Federal Parliamentarian that pledges allegiance to a foreign power is an act of treason.

Sustainable Development Agenda 21  (Agenda for the 21st Century) is the Socialist Philosophy of the United Nations. One of the Co authors is a man called Maurice Strong, now in his 80's and a proponent of the earth religion Gaia, the same religion that Tim Flannery subscribes to.

AGW is in Sec. 9 of SD A21. The tentacles of SD A21 cover every aspect of our lives. It's ultimate goal is total control of all populations in the entire world. A very good web site to  gain more knowledge on this subject is: freedomadvocates.org. It is a US based web site.

I do not profess to be an expert of the UN SD A21, having only learned about it's existence at the end of 2010. But having heard about it, I have made it my business to find out all that I can. It has exceeded all my worst fears.

I very much welcome your comments and your knowledge on the subject. My personal view is that if the UN SD A21 program was removed from all Nations, in it's entirety, the majority of the Worlds problems would be eliminated. Same applies if the United Nations was completely and utterly obliterated from the face of the earth.

10. Land is one of the fundamental elements in human settlements. Every State has the right to take the necessary steps to maintain under public control the use, possession, disposal and reservation of land. Every State has the right to plan and regulate use of land, which is one of its most important resources, in such a way that the growth of population centres both urban and rural are based on a comprehensive land use plan. Such measures must assure the attainment of basic goals of social and economic reform for every country, in conformity with its national and land tenure system and legislation.

Preamble:

2. Instead, the pattern of land use should be determined by the long-term interests of the community, especially since decisions on location of activities and therefore of specific land uses have a long-lasting effect on the pattern and structure of human settlements. Land is also a primary element of the natural and man-made environment and a crucial link in an often delicate balance. Public control of land use is therefore indispensable to its protection as an asset and the achievement of the long-term objectives of human settlement policies and strategies.

3. To exercise such control effectively, public authorities require detailed knowledge of the current patterns of use and tenure of land; appropriate legislation defining the boundaries of individual rights and public interest; and suitable instruments for assessing the value of land and transferring to the community, inter alia through taxation, the unearned increment resulting from changes in use, or public investment or decisions, or due to the general growth of the community.

4. Above all, Governments must have the political will to evolve and implement innovative and adequate urban and rural land policies, as a corner-stone of their efforts to improve the quality of life in human settlements.

Recommendation:

D.1 Land resource management

  1. Land is one of the most valuable natural resources and it must be used rationally. Public ownership or effective control of land in the public interest is the single most important means or improving the capacity of human settlements to absorb changes and movements in population, modifying their internal structure and achieving a more equitable distribution of the benefits or development whilst assuring that environmental impacts are considered.

  2. Land is a scarce resource whose management should be subject to public surveillance or control in the interest of the nation.

Land is a natural resource fundamental to the economic, social and political development of peoples and therefore Governments must maintain full jurisdiction and exercise complete sovereignty over such land with a view to freely planning development of human settlements throughout the whole of the natural territory. This resource must not be the subject of restrictions imposed by foreign nations which enjoy the benefits while preventing its rational use.

Recommendation D.3 Recapturing plus value

  1. Excessive profits resulting from the increase in land value due to development and change in use are one of the principal causes of the concentration of wealth in private hands. Taxation should not be seen only as a source of revenue for the community but also as a powerful tool to encourage development of desirable locations, to exercise a controlling effect on the land market and to redistribute to the public at large the benefits of the unearned increase in land values.

  2. The unearned increment resulting from the rise in land values resulting from change in use of land, from public investment or decision or due to the general growth of the community must be subject to appropriate recapture by public bodies (the community), unless the situation calls for other additional measures such as new patterns of ownership, the general acquisition of land by public bodies.

  3. Specific ways and means include:

    1. Levying of appropriate taxes, e.g. capital gains taxes, land taxes and betterment charges, and particularly taxes on unused or under-utilized land;

    2. Periodic and frequent assessment of land values in and around cities, and determination of the rise in such values relative to the general level of prices:

    3. Instituting development charges or permit fees and specifying the time-limit within which construction must start;

    4. Adopting pricing and compensation policies relating to value of land prevailing at a specified time rather than its commercial value at the time of acquisition by public authorities;

    5. Leasing of publicly owned land in such a way that future increment which is not due to the efforts by the new user is kept by the community;

    6. Assessment of land suitable for agricultural use which is in proximity of cities mainly at agricultural values.



Recommendation D.4 Public ownership

  1. Public ownership of land cannot be an end in itself; it is justified in so far as it is exercised in favour of the common good rather than to protect the interests of the already privileged.

  2. Public ownership, transitional or permanent, should be used, wherever appropriate, to secure and control areas of urban expansion and protection; and to implement urban and rural land reform processes, and supply serviced land at price levels which can secure socially acceptable patterns of development.

  3. Special consideration should be given to:

    1. Measures outlined in Recommendations D.2 and D.3 above;

    2. Active public participation in land development;

    3. Rational distribution of powers among various levels of government, including communal and local authorities, and an adequate system of financial support for land policy.

Recommendation D.5 Patterns of ownerships

  1. Many countries are undergoing a process of profound social transformation; a review and restructuring or the entire system of ownership rights is, in the majority of cases, essential to the accomplishment of new national objectives.

  2. Past patterns of ownership rights should be transform 3 to match the changing needs of society and be collectively beneficial.

  3. Special attention should be paid to:

    1. Redefinition of legal ownership including the rights of women and disadvantaged groups and usage rights for a variety of purposes;

    2. Promoting land reform measures to bring ownership rights into conformity with the present and future needs of society;

    3. Clear definition of public objectives and private ownership rights and duties which may vary with time and place;

    4. Transitional arrangements to change ownership from traditional and customary patterns to new systems, especially in connexion with communal lands, whenever such patterns are no longer appropriate;

    5. Methods for the separation of land ownership rights from development rights, the latter to be entrusted to a public authority:

    6. Adoption or policies for long-term leasing or land;

    7. The land rights of indigenous peoples so that their cultural and historical heritage is preserved

Actually got me thinking,must do some research,Have the Gillard tent Circus actually truthfully decided to cut our defence budget by the announced amount of roughly 5 billion,Or is that what they have commited to in moving that amount over the stated 4 years into the coffers of the UN as a slow but sneaky capitulation of our defence forces to UN full control as the UN Demands.

 

Must be some way of checking that out,Well all being Corporations back to the Edgar2 system the info will be buried there somewhere no doubt on the Securities and Exchange Commision.

Thats the beauty about power freaks and money they always leave a money trail as they don't even trust each other so they have to have a system to control each other.

This stuff succeeds in local councils when no one stands up.  None of this Agenda 21 oriented stuff could achieve majority support if people knew what it was.

The problem is that anyone that does stand up to oppose it and educate people to what it is all about, is labeled crazy and/or they lose their businesses and livelihoods to politisized regulatory agencies.

In the end if we can't find the courage to stand up and fight this off in a democratic way, then at some point reality will bite.  The natural result of implementing Agenda 21 inspired policies (mass starvation) will happen.

Exactly right, if the People knew what was happening there would be an end to Agenda 21. We have to tell people what is happening, because the politicians from all sides wont do it. That has been the big wake up call for me, firstly discovering the information about A21 then discovering all sides of politics have, and are complicit in its implementation. Along with every other UN Treaty.

There is NOTHING in A21 that is of benefit to mankind. It is all about ultimate control.

We owe it to ourselves our families and to future generations to expose it.

As you know, exactly as you have written here, that is what is and has been happening, all of it.

All one needs to do is just connect the dots and the picture appears.The signs are already there already in operation.

As with all the despots past, today's despots will have no time for those who supported them, they will get the same fate the despots have in store for us all. Elimination, there are 7Billion Plus people on the planet, the powers that be only want 2Billion,

Those that try to distract from the reality of what is happening use the words 'conspiracy theory' well it is a conspiracy, but its no theory its a fact.

The UN was brought into existence to bring about the destruction of the west and to bring in communism from the bottom up and they are fast succeeding. We have to wake up and face the reality.

Thought this letter printed in a National Newspaper would interest you on Agenda 21.  Liberals are going to HAVE to deal with this once in Government, Howard erred in not withdrawing from it when in office.
 
Subject: Budget Surprise

Dear Sir, Many people will be surprised to know that our government agreed to abide by the UN's Agenda 21, signed by Labor and not withdrawn by the coalition. This may not sink Swan's budget for 2012-2013 but is a serious poison pill for Tony Abbott if he wins the next election. Swan can pull some of next year's expenditure into this year and push some into the years after, as he is doing, but the big problem is how much has been promised to the UN for distribution to poorer countries to "compensate for our affecting climate change". It looks like many,many billions of dollars. All this is based on increasing global warming (AGW) which has stalled for over 12 years now, and relies on the "science" of climate change. If there were any scientific proof that C or CO2 causes global warming, I could worry about where most of it comes from, volcanoes, decomposition of limestone or whatever, but in five years of diligent searching I have been unable to find such science.  Note too that custom designed computer models predicting the future are not proof. This is reinforced when the IPCC's bosses are on record as claiming the data, the actual measurements, must be wrong because they don't match what the models are expected to show.

Hi Vivienne, S.I Labor/Greens are deliberately setting up as many methods as possible to milk us (Australians) and or economic wealth on a permanent basis with as many International obligations they can. Like all their idiot schemes to date have they bothered to cost the combined effect? No, TBS to do that. So we have an increasing CO2 tax with overseas money transfer.  We have a 250 Billion soon to be 300 billion loan account that increases with every cent the dollar goes down. We have commitments to increase foreign aid to .07% GDP.  We have the U.N fast start commitments and over the last few years I have been watching the discussions on the FFT (Robin Hood Tax) favoured by the ILO, ITUC, Union movement & the Greens.

Typical UN speak.

Point Number one from that attachment is the so called Right to Food.

Just like every other living creature on earth Food is not a Right but something you work for and earn or starve.

This whole Socialist garbage is the most Evil Conjob in the History of Mankind.

People are beginning to hurt badly in many cases in Australia and therefore could fall one way or the other,We must not fall into the Trap many in Europe have fallen into where they expect certain rights that others must supply.

The crux there is when you depend on others and they turn off the tap you are doomed.

As for the United nations desperately trying every trick in the book and no doubt others we must learn about to fund themselves the desparation in their circles is becoming obvious.

 

It seems to me having done research into just how much UN funding originates in the USA that the financial meltdown in the US has caught them by surprise,Maybe some of those they thought were onside got selfish and greedy and milked the moneypot in ways they hadn't planned for,Hence why suddenly various UN departments are scheming up ways to find funding on a wider and hence more stable base.

 

In so doing they have exposed their weakness,Few know that UN funding by the US is not just the official Budgeted funding they disclose in the State of the Union Fiscal Reports.

Almost every Department from Energy to Defence to Agriculture allocates in various sleight of hand methods vastly more funds to the UN than the average American realises,Let alone the rest of the World.

I had actually neglected that particular aspect of my research for about 18 months,But reading that UN pdf has reminded me and bought forth a thought along the lines of just how many Departmental Budgets as well as Council budgets are being used in Australia for exactly the same thing already.

 

Something we need to look into with urgency as that type of information of widely unknown UN Disbursements of our Taxes will really hit home with the Australian public who are suffering financially.

That sort of information is Political Dynamite against our Treacherous Governments and is timely information with a public conditioned to mistrust organisations after the Thomson Affair has focused people on Financial skulldugery

This contagion is only in a few places around the globe. It shows how corrupted the Australian MSM has become that we don't see how well so many countries are doing IMO.

I have stashed somewhere just how many hundreds of Millions of US funds from various departments are backdoored to the UN,and I mean many US Departments,When you take say $350 million from Agriculture and backdoor it to the UN instead of applying it to that sector of your own country and do the same in another twenty Departments it ends up supplying about 65% of the UN's funding from one country and with most Americans blithley unaware of how much of their money has been Hijacked and the negative effect it has undoubtably had on their Infrastructure and various sectors of the American Economy.

 

We just have to make sure we do not follow in their footsteps or take actions Politically to undo what has started in that area.
