For Like minded people who like to see-
Malcolm Turnbull's disastrous reign as head of the Liberal Party nearly destroyed the party, now he is at it again.
Here we have one of the architects of the destruction of private property rights as Environment Minister, that has cost so many Australians their land and even their lives.
Here is a man that can contribute massive amounts of dollars for whatever cause he wants because his banking friends can print them out of thin air.
Here is a man that initiated the Murray Darling Basin Plan as a way of stealing land from its owners through water restrictions, and giving it to his banking friends.
Here is a man whose sole intention is to keep the guts of the most dangerous legislation ever passed in Australia, the carbon tax.
The economy keeps sinking. Plants are closing every day. Meanwhile banks and financial intitutions continue to post record profits. Their money is essentially stolen from the average Aussie through the process of inflation. His RBA friends also control the reported CPI rate which is of course completely and totally bogus.
Here is a man that believes the precise opposite of the founding priciples of the Liberal Party, and rather favors a government of elitists who control every business and every industry through manipulation of the money supply, and manipulation of regulations and courts.
Turnbull and his minions recently succeeded in attacking the great Senator Cory Bernardi and removing him from the front bench. He is attempting to gain complete control of the party immediately so that he can assure his banking friends that their hideous, destructive, and immoral carbon tax will not be repealed. This dispite indisputable evidence that repealing the carbon tax is an electoral winner.
Malcolm Turnbull absolutely, positively MUST be defeated for the future of the great nation of Australia. If this man becomes Prime Minister, he will be even more destructive than Julia Gillard.

Well said Matt.
If Tony Abbott doesn't Q Gillard re her embezzlement today in Question time - then he is not fit to be the leader and Turnbull with his born to rule - republican bent will hijack a party that does have some real men and women ie Dr Denis Jensen,Cory Bernardi, Bronwyn Bishop, Susan Ley to name a few.
Question time today will be the turning point!!!!!!!
Permalink Reply by Rae Billett on September 20, 2012 at 10:06am I agree, Turnbull the turncoat. It is so absolutely obvious he wants the leadership he is really getting nasty.
Talk about Rudd white-anting Julia! His statements give the Labor Party ammunition to beat up some leadership problem in the Liberal Party and there may well be but Turnbull won't win, even though there are a number of people 'they say' like him as leader.
It is obvious that his leanings are not toward Liberal/Coalition policy, why do they tolerate him? He picked the wrong party.
If he had won the leadership, does anyone think the Liberal Party would be so far ahead in the polls now? I think not, simply because he was all for the carbon dioxide tax and ETS. People will not forget no matter how the Labor Party play it and say they will....they won't. Liars never fare well in the fullness of time.
Permalink Reply by Rory Donnellan on September 20, 2012 at 10:13am Malcolm Turnbull and Tony Abbott are both fake Catholics, who are only permitted to receive Holy Communion due to the cowardice of Australia's bishops - George Cardinal Pell included. If our bishops had any backbone, the likes of Malcolm Turnbull would have a golden opportunity to re-examine their errant ways - from outside the fold.
Permalink Reply by Rae Billett on September 20, 2012 at 4:39pm I agree, Cory Bernardi went way, way too far. I sometimes wonder what they are thinking, or not thinking! Now he has wrecked his political career and for what? The Bill for gay marriage rights didn't pass and it was never going to.
Permalink Reply by Dr Caroline Wright on September 20, 2012 at 4:45pm Sorry Rory but, with respect, that is a rather Un-Catholic thing to say as well as un-Christian. It was very unexpected from you. Perhaps i will ?write it off to the fact that you may be having a bad day.

Permalink Reply by Rae Billett on September 20, 2012 at 5:23pm I think having Bernardi removed from the front bench might favor Abbot and the Party as it turns out. The Gay Marriage comments he made did not do the Party any good at all.
You all know I am not religious at all - at least I am pretty sure most of you must know by now. However, I am completely opposed to gay marriage. I believe it makes a mockery of the sanctity of a union between men and women and I don't mean just in a religious sense although I never imagined the church would sanction gay marriage anyway.
So I can fully understand why this bill did not pass because it is an anathema to most of the community, even, dare I say, atheists. I am not against gay or lesbian people having partnerships but I draw the line at marriage between two females or two males.
Sorry if I offend some. I don't give a fig what people do in their bedrooms but I cannot abide the thought of children being raised and living their lives forever having to explain why they have two fathers or two mothers. It makes me sad for the children. They are selfish egotists, Penny Wong included. I will never accept the premise of same sex parents being good for the psyche of a growing child. Children have enough to accept and understand growing up these days.
My gay friends agree by the way, they don't need a 'marriage' to justify their partnerships and by the way gay people can, and do, have civil ceremonies to legalise their relationships in Australia.
In all Australian states and territories, cohabiting same-sex couples are recognised as de facto couples, and have the same rights as cohabiting heterosexual couples under state law.
I saw Bob Brown practically frothing at the mouth in 7.30 report last night, well he actually looked like he was alive, which is about as good as it gets for slow talking Bob when he is angry. The Greens really thought they had stirred up enough ambiguity about gay marriage that they could slide it through the Parliamentary lower house, thereby making it a certainty in the upper house. Suck on it Bob....you lost.. I dare say we will see that sour puss Milne have a whinge as well..tough luck.
The ploy of stating over and over that most Australians accept gay marriage was another of those motherhood statements that politicians think, when said often enough, people believe. Well it is simply NOT TRUE and people don't believe it. Whatever polls they did that supposedly showed people wanted gay marriage were probably conducted in Surrey Hills and Hobart.
It seems to me the Greens are not winning many hearts these days. Look at the election results in inner Sydney where, by the way, you find most of the gay enclave, the Greens lost and lost badly.
Well said, Rae.
The Federal vote re the marriage definition was encouraging. A friend has sent me a copy of a letter from her Federal MP who stated that 91.9% of his constituents who contacted him do not support a change to the Marriage Act.

Permalink Reply by Rae Billett on September 20, 2012 at 8:34pm Bev said, I would love to know also where they do the polls on these things - it is all garbage as the majority DO NOT support gay marriage.
Whatever polls they did that supposedly showed people wanted gay marriage were probably conducted in Surrey Hills and Hobart. LOL Bev, that's where, or in some gay bath house down in Sussex Street.
Seriously, I have had freinds and work mates from the time I grew up in inner Sydney and while I worked in the hospital system who were gay or lesbian and I have never heard it said by any that they wanted to be 'married'. In fact I have heard it said they don't want to be married.
But that does remind me of a wedding I went to in an inner Sydney suburb (I was about 17 or 18) of a girl and a guy who, it turned out, were gay and lesbian. They got married to stop the rumours...so there you go I have been to a gay wedding!! It was their way of being able to do what they wished back then. Goodness me, the minister would have been shocked had he known.
The lead compare of Les Girls Cabaret lived in the shop across the road from my Primary School. He was our tuck shop man by day and compare of Les Girls and part of the act at night and Ricky McD...... who later became known as Carlotta was the cousin of a high school friend. I loved Les Girls...

My comments are in accordance with canon 915 - as interpreted by the Pope and Cardinal Burke (prefect of the Apostolic Signatura - the Highest Canonical Court this side of Judgement Day).
Both Malcolm Turnbull and Tony Abbott are publicly pro-abortion.
Tony Abbott has repeatedly publicly affirmed that he supports Bill Clinton's idea that abortions should be "safe, legal, rare". Until he publicly retracts this position (Cardinal Burke has clarified that a private confession does not suffice), he should not be permitted to receive Holy Communion.
Here is a primer on canon 915...

Permalink Reply by Rae Billett on September 21, 2012 at 9:37am Goodness people are fickle, see a pretty face and think he would make a good PM... Don't worry about the poll Denise, we are voting for a party not a face.

An online poll. This is worrying. Turnbull will be sticking his chest out for all to see.
Meanwhile, out in the real world, it is difficult to spend a day without somebody lamenting the absence of Rudd and Turnbull from the respective leaderships.
The Nielsen poll has Rudd leading Gillard 55 per cent to 37 per cent and Turnbull heading Abbott 63 per cent to 30 per cent.
There is a time difference, but compare that reading of public sentiment with the party voting.

Thanks for voting!
Who would you prefer as party leaders?
- Julia Gillard v Tony Abbott 42.04% (576 votes)
- Kevin Rudd v Malcolm Turnbull 43.07% (590 votes)
- Wayne Swan v Julie Bishop 2.26% (31 votes)
- Anybody else v Clive Palmer 12.63% (173 votes)
Permalink Reply by Rae Billett on September 21, 2012 at 9:41am They are saying America is heading for a double dip depression again...so not good for Australian business. Someone has to get Swan out of that portfolio. His name should be Goose.....not Swan. Surely there is someone in the Labor Party who is economically literate?
Honest Government, Fair Rights to property and compensation, Australia and our people strong and proud, reinstatement of values and respect
