For Like minded people who like to see-
Hi
I'm a Tasmanian landholder, with big concerns regarding the erosion of property rights. From ever increasing vegetation management restrictions, and diminished water allocations to more restrictive planning laws and increased government fee's.
Would like to here from farmers with similar concerns both in Tas, and nation wide - with a view to collectively target these issues.

Thanks for the reply - I have supported Peter Spencer's case also. Can you tell me where it is at?

Jason the erosion of property rights is a major focus of this site. Just Grounds supports & reports on the endevours of Peter Spencer to find just terms through the federal court system. Just Grounds also hosts two group pages for property rights organisations, one based in SA and the other in Qld.

Thanks for your reply. I have had a look at PRA, and it looks like a very good organisation. I would like to look at establishing a Tasmanian arm to directly respond to state legislation here- even though most of it is pushed by Canberra. Would be very interested to speak with yourself, or anyone who can help with ideas / previous experience on ways to tackle government on these issues.

I'm a small property owner near Tamworth in NW NSW.
I have a son who is being adversely affected by the Native Veg Act here in NSW.
I have said recently that I will post his case here as soon I I scan and work out how to add those scanned documents.
Welcome aboard - hope to have more conversation soon.

I received an email this morning wanted to put it in here.
Hi Barb, This is just another thing to spoil our lovely planet. Wendy xx

I am not against mining when done carefully without exploiting Australia for little gain for Australians but totally against the Greens and the Wilderness Society is one of the Worst with backing from people who are not friends of mankind and are in the thick of UN Agenda 21 projects and one of the farmers worst enemies.
These are the same groups aiding under Agenda 21 the grab for your Land Rights,Jason you will gain much support among non farmers when you direct peoples attention to Agenda 21 issues and point out that your fight is also theirs if they own a Car,a House or enjoy the company of a Pet for all of these are considered not sustainable under Agenda 21 and these people are not just targeting the Farmers but normal citizens,By educating some word will spread and you will gain more of the widespread support required to defeat them with of course the fruitloops who believe their lies.
Never forget though when someone feels duped and used then they will become among your strongest allies in this fight against the Greens and their hidden Agendas.
Vivienne has put plenty of Government information up to prove how rotten the system is and bringing Agenda 21 for Dummies on Youtube to peoples attention followed by Government documents as linked on this site under Agenda 21 topic will persuade many to actively support you when they become aware.
All the best and keep up the fight you are not alone

Thanks for the reply - wasn't aware of Agenda 21.
I believe that all landholders, and primary producers must pull together to fight these righteous hypocrites that call themselves greens, as their destruction of our economy will never cease. It is very frustrating that there is no one umbrella group linking us all. I had a look at the Hunters and Fishers party NSW last week, they seem to be on the right track - A party like this in all states would be a start.
Best Regards
Jason

I have extensive information on Agenda 21 and how to fight it. See Agenda21 What Is It.
There is also link to good Radio Show about Agenda 21 on Fairdinkum Radio
Hope this helps.
Permalink Reply by Ian Davies on June 13, 2012 at 8:25pm Hi Jason, just re read Dale’s May 20th post & his links provided, one show’s the best way forward IMO.
United in a strong organisation is the only way to slow the process of the Agenda 21 UN brigade.
The Gunn’s purchases has a very common denominator with the ills being inflicted on most Australians with the same driver eroding our capacity to have Economic Growth & feed ourselves on the mainland sees Tas as an easy target IMO.
NSW has also lost a lot of Agricultural capacity to the same schemes, only one end result is achieved.

Reflection on the outcomes of these policies over a few generations is required to see the net result.
Honest Government, Fair Rights to property and compensation, Australia and our people strong and proud, reinstatement of values and respect
