Hi June, I rang Paul Christainssen and told him the story, he told me about AJ and said he would check out story and ring me back. No reply as yet.

Bob,
I dropped a few signatures in your mail box yesterday. Hope you got them OK and I wish I had more. I may be able to give you a few more from a Greens (!) meeting which my friend attended this week. She brought up your problem at the end of the meeting and several people signed. Sue Wynn (Greens) said she knew about your problem and would try to help but didn't hold out much hope. My friend also said that the Dobell candidate wouldn't sign the petition because he said "a car park was necessary"! My friend pointed out that she doubted that he would like a carpark right beside his house but no response.
I'm going to try and talk to this stupid man as soon as an opportunity presents itself.

June,
Yes I received your signatures, thank you very much, most appreciated. You might be able to advise the MP that we realise a car park might be necessary and we are not trying to stop the car park, although it would have been good to have it located some other place. What we are are upset about is the fact that we were never consulted on the proposal before it was proposed by TIDC & State Government and as we will be so severely impacted by the development, have never been offered any form of compensation as to the loss of value on our property and the loss of our lifestyle etc. We would of thought that anybody can plainly see by the location of our property and the location of the car park and the fact that this car park has it's only entry / exit into it on one of our boundaries and the actual car park behind our property and is open 24/7 would be obvious as to the impact upon our family. Hi Robert and Bob,
I can't understand Alan's silence in all this. It's the first time ever to my knowledge that he hasn't responded to mail and he has always been so passionate about doing that for the reason that it is rude to ignore stuff. I still think it may have something to do with the fact that, because of all his illness, his staff may be protecting him from the large avalanche that he normally receives so the chances are that Alan has not even seen your messages. I can only hope your latest email gets a result.
Bob, I dropped in some more signatures to your place this a.m. They are probably too late to be added to the others but I only received them today. My friend says they are signatures from all the Greens people at a meeting she attended last week. I'm very sorry to read your recent message that you were disappointed with the lack of help you have received from Agmates members. But I'm quite certain that everybody wishes you well in your battle - it's probably just that there are so many terrible situations to deal with at the moment.

Hi June, Thanks for the extra signatures they are appreciated. It is not too late for the signatures, we are now trying to contact Chris Hartcher, Barry O'Farrell etc to deliver the petitions. We realise that A. Jones and others are busy and this is not the only nightmare happening out there, it just gets a bit depressing at times when you know that if a debate was entered into on the subject the truth would come out, if that is possible. We are going to try and get some help from others such as Dick Smith etc. Thanks to you June, Annette, Norm, Robert & others for your support. We will fight on.

Hi June, As reported earlier I have not had an acknowledgement from Alan for any mail sent since his return from illness. And I especially wrote recently asking him to contact Bob Moret even if only to tell him he could not do anything to help. My summing up he is totally committed to the Liberal cause in this coming Federal Election and to exposing the KRudd Governments pathetic performances but elaborate spin diversions in attempting to conceal the failures , that he has told his Staff to ignore all other correspondence. I even queried that scenario but that mail also was never answered. Even his on air broadcasts are a constant repeat of his Krudd failure reports and there are plenty to choose from run 5.30am to 9am. His call in segments now in the most are repeats of the same. I fear he is completely lost to his ordinary and loyal listener until at least after the results of the next Federal Election. And the truth is he is desperately needed Full Time in that Role if we are to be delivered from a further term of oppression from this proven totally incompetent Government.
Australia as the country we all know could not survive such another period of Labor domination and mismanagement. Given all KRudd Government's management disasters and broken promises ,dislodging him will still be a major task given the Australian Public's lack of political reality awareness.

Hi Robert - Well, I'm at a total loss to understand all this. It is completely against everything that Alan has been saying ever since I first tuned in years ago. The only other explanation I can think of maybe that you are sending the stuff to the wrong address??? I feel like ringing them myself to query this and may yet do so without mentioning your name. I don't really go along with your thoughts that he may just be in election mode and therefore can't attend to anything else. That too is completely unlike Alan and even if that were the case, I'm sure he would have made the announcement on air - to the effect that he can't attend to normal mail loads etc. etc.
Anyway, I suppose we should all indeed be very grateful that Alan has recovered sufficiently to return to the job that only he can do, viz. to expose the rorts, corruption, fraud and lies which now are commonplace, thanks to the Krudd Govt.
Like you, I feel that this election may well be the most important one for many, many years - perhaps ever - as this country will end up a shadow of its former self if this maniac and his minions are given another term. I am heartened in the last few days by the news that Tony A.'s popularity is rising and he is certainly getting media exposure, even though much of it has been the derision surrounding those infernal budgie smugglers and his lycra. But the old saying, Any publicity is better than none, is probably very relevant at this stage, given the ghastly political ignorance in some quarters. A few months ago, a great many people in this country would have had difficulty saying who the Leader of the Opposition was.

Hi June,
I send always as I normally have to his ON Air contact address. It is acknowledged on the send site as received also a copy of the email they received from me is sent back to my email address . There is no surer way to contact him that I know is available, I have sent a detailed letter to his address at 2GB Studio's regarding this WSC Blue line fiasco and its effect on the residents DA's approved and then rejected and two emails telling him it was sent. No acknowledgement for anything. And as far as I know Bob Moret has also had no acknowledgement or at least had not since I last saw a report from him.
Perhaps, Alan is a high profile racehorse owner and the land concerned happens to be race club owned land. Just a thought. It is quite understandable Alan has many more requests for help than he could possibly handle. In any case it is very strange change to what for years has been his normal approach to mail as you have pointed out and as I myself have heard him say on air, "If I don't reply I have not seen your mail."

Yes, Robert, he has always said that - which is why none of this makes any sense. Actually it concerns me greatly and I'm trying to figure it all out. But one thing I'm 120% certain about, and that is no matter what Alan's personal interests - whether it be horses or anything else - none of that would have any bearing on the current difficulty with mail. I would trust him absolutely to be straight down the line.
The only other thing you could try if you had the patience and the time is to ring through on the open line. it is very difficult I know (and this is why I gave up doing it years ago) because you wait for ages and then often don't get through. You wouldn't have time to say much but just a few pertinent remarks might get you a second chance with Gavin. It's just a thought.
