Our land rights are being removed unlawfully

Hi, has any one heard of the Australian Civil Authority (the "Authority") a Sovereign People's Authority that investigates Governments (Statute Corporations) in matters of malpractice, corruption, treason.... It is the only People's Authority not regulated by Government legislation nor is responsible to or liable to Parliamentary or Judicial statutes that are in conflict with the British Colony of the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 (UK) that being the fundamental law of Australia. The Australian Civil Authority is at present pursuing (amongst other things) property rights (lawful land ownership) on the lawful ownership of land held under fee simple title. Governments are unlawfully removing land rights by imposing environment legislation unlawful under fee simple private ownership.

If they come knocking on your door without the property being on the market, never ever agree to what is offered first. Make them issue a Notice of Intention to Resume, that then triggers all the rights to compensation under the Acquisition of Land Act.

If the property is already on the market, never ever accept anything less than your asking price.
