For Like minded people who like to see-
The genetic desire of a society is to perpetuate itself so that one's own genes survive and prosper into the forever future. 'Marriage' being the union between man and woman is the principle multiplier of the perpetuation of the society. "Marriage" between same sex couples achieves no purpose for the continuance of the society and can only lead to "equal" rights for same sex "marrieds' to adopt children. Whilst I am aware of children being exposed to same sex relationships being forced upon some children by their bisexual and turned homosexual natural parents no society that wishes to perpetuate itself should entertain a view that same sex couples should have rights to adopt or foster others parentless children. Homosexuals who want the right to marry as man and women have can not expect to be 'equal' unless given the OK to apply to be included in the adoption process. What homosexuals want is to feel normal when there is nothing normal about homosexuality for a society that wants to successfully perpetuate itself.

The activists have made it perfectly clear that they intend to radically alter, and effectively destroy, the institution of marriage.
The truth is, for all the talk about same-sex marriage, few homosexuals actually have in mind the same thing that heterosexuals have in mind. Most seek to radically expand and alter the common understanding of marriage. Long-term monogamous fidelity is seldom part of this new understanding.
One leading homosexual writes that if homosexual marriage contracts come into force, they would have to be “different”: that is, they would have to allow for “extra-marital outlets” and other major changes. Of course that undermines the very essence of marriage, which is the covenant of life-long sexual faithfulness.
Another says that he does not want to be like straights, nor embrace their marriage: “We get equality, but at a price. The cost to our community is the surrender of our unique, distinctive queer identity. The unwritten social contract at the heart of law reform is that lesbians and gays will behave respectably and comply with the heterosexual moral agenda. No more cruising, orgies or sadomasochism!”
And in countries where SSM has been legalised, a very discernable negative spill-on effect has been noticed. Marriage as an institution suffers when these counterfeits are allowed to come along and claim to be on a par with marriage. Many of the Scandinavian countries for example offer us a mountain of evidence in this regard.

Absolutely.
In the absense of any better solution at this time, the question remains: Why is a proposal such as this not acceptable to the homosexual group?
It is acceptable to the, one man one woman, marriage people.

Here are a few alternate possibilities that might be the cause of homosexuality.
Pick one that suits your reasoning, religion or philosophy.
1. Drugs your mother or father took at some time in their life.
Both medical and street drugs are designed to alter the mind and change
the body make up.
2. GMO food your mother or father took or even the person themselves took.
GMO by its very name means that the genetic structure has been fiddled
with and at this early stage no one knows the long term outcomes of doing
this.
3. All processed food today, even baby food, has for many years had all sorts
of additives put in it from artificial colourings, artificial flavours and chemical
preservatives. On top of that, there is all the hormone and growth booster
chemicals they feed every animal you eat. Especially fast food shops.
Do you know for certain that these do not fiddle with a person’s genes?
4. Drinking water has chlorine, fluoride and goodness knows what else in it,
for your own good of course.
5. People are only made up of chemicals and they haven’t found the right pill
yet to fix the problem.
6. It’s not a problem at all. These people are just different and should be
allowed to be as they are and be accepted by others just like all other
differences between people regardless. People should have the rights to be
anyway they want. We should abandon governments, moral codes, religion
and police.
7. The way I feel has nothing to do with me. It’s something or someone else’s
fault.
8. The person has no idea why they feel the way they do, and nothing they
have tried has changed anything. They have given up trying and their
solution is to change the rest of the world to their way.
9. The person is playing at being a victim just to get sympathy.
10 The person covertly hates others and secretly enjoys seeing them stressed
challenged and outraged.
11. God made me this way so I guess it’s the way He wants me to be.
12. This is a God given burden I have to bear as a test of my love for Him.
13. This is a God given problem He wants me to solve it for Mankind.
14. All individuals are basically spirits. Spirits are ethereal and not made of the same stuff as this universe. They are immortal and come and go life after life. Sometimes, after a number of very successful lives as a woman (or man) they suddenly find themselves in a male (or female) body and don’t know how the hell they got in the wrong body and are all confused so they just try to continue on as they were last time.
Feel free to add to the list. I am sure I haven’t covered all possibilities.
We could hold a vote to get a consensus
Permalink Reply by Jan Courtney on July 16, 2012 at 1:30pm Caroline, that compromise has been offered and is acceptable to everyone EXCEPT the loud MINORITY of same sex couples who are advocating that society change the system and DEMANDING it be called marriage, for goodness knows what reasons.

Further evidence that Juliar Gillard is red-bent on replacing the family as the child educator with her education system so attempting to make 'Marriage' obsolete.

Permalink Reply by james darby on September 22, 2012 at 10:03am Hi Rob Mooore, thank you for posting the results link. Man (and woman) are unique. "Equality" only exists in opportunity. "Marriage Equality" is misnamed. In terms of same-genders having equality to marry same-genders, call it "Marriage destruction"
Honest Government, Fair Rights to property and compensation, Australia and our people strong and proud, reinstatement of values and respect
