This is disgusting.....and this man is too old to realise that this world has changed dramatically (not in the climate sense that he is concerned about.)
I have never seen so much corruption in my lifetime....so who in the hell would you even consider ..running the world government.....ahhh...Im sure "the milkybar kid would put both hands up " !!!...God forbid..
We would all like to see a "perfect world" ...but it will never happen.

Cheryl, spot on, while a benevolent...ha world government is talked of, and has been for a long time, the reality is they are so bloody corrupt and egocentric that any such event would probably make more wars faster then the admittedly imperfect way it runs now.
but at least the dictators are limited to their Own spots, mostly.
