Julia Gillard avoids busting corruption rings in Child Safety

Julia gillard is quite prepared to pay 300 million to look after refugees, and this is all she can come up with to look after tens of thousands of children wrongly in foster care in Australia. She could spend a billion dollars and who is she helping? The people in this country who are making a fortune out of the child protection cash cow. In any other government department, if such corruption was rife, sting operations would have been set up decades ago.
