I spoke briefly with Michael, and told him quietly that I had battled significant misconduct in body corporate, but that the changes were only made when the owners took a stand.  I said to him "Michael: Australians WILL win because of men like you - thank you".  And I meant every word.

So every Australian has to take a stand.  Do you support government thuggery, or do  you support liberty? Do you support institutionalised fraud or do you support transparency?  Do you support a liar, or do you defend the truth?

And the media roll on, allowing Gillard to verbal Rhinehart. The difference between Gillard (I won't call her PM - she has trashed the title), and Minister Ferguson is profound:

(W)e’ve got to do everything we can to deliver the cost of deliver of projects in Australia because there’s plenty of competition coming our way- look at Indonesia and coal, look at potentially into east Africa in terms of the petroleum industry, Africa generally in terms of a variety of commodities.

No one owes Australia a living… The next $230 billion (of investments) will be dependent on us delivering these projects and getting the cost of delivery of projects in Australia down.

And the ABC piles on, supporting this fraudulent, immature, nasty, vile, contemptuous, poseur Gillard:

Astonishing. Who is the fill-in presenter on ABC Breakfast who at 7.45am this morning sneered at Rinehart’s “suggestion of $2 a day wages” for Australians? Surely he cannot seriously believe that’s what Rinehart suggested. So how to explain what he twice said?"

Michael Smith has posted this interview where Gillard starts by saying she was a loyal deputy to Rudd. This is very interesting!

Ruth.... Just a few comments I would like to make at this time: 1) thank you for posting this video; 2) if Michael Smith record of events were not a true account of the events that occurred then he would have been sued by Ms Gillard in a Civil Court ... she has not done this; 3) because Michael is speaking as an individual he has deprived Ms Gillard of the power she previously had to threaten the Companies he previously worked for; and 4) Michael is an exemplar to us all with regard to the power to speak up about injustice and criminal bahaviour no matter what position that person holds. Such people are worthy of nomination as Australian of the Year.

Hello Ruth- just got home @6pm in truck from Brisbane. Good on you for posting this as you said you would.

               Yes- I feel like giving up on all the crooks and let them rot in their own toxic pool as the lack of action from the libs is appalling too!. If this crew get away with this -there is no rule of law in this country and people would be quite within their rights of withholding tax and other Govt receipts until they have all been bought to book.

                Re the blogs- Michael doesn't care who uses the info as long as it is truthful. The need for multiple sites should be negated now as he said that his new one has had 170000 views in a matter of days. While he and others soldier on -we must support them 100%

Ruth I was wondering how Michael is able to help support his family financially as two avenues of employment for which he trained are no longer open to him?

I think Swan will use this few days to raise his profile, thereby damaging Labor stocks even more. Michael Smith and Larry Pickering won't be gagged, and thank God for that.

Ah cate, How true your answer I fear will be.  If its not this goverment that are doing a shocking job at running this country and giving us this carbon tax sending us all broke.  Given the economic preasures  in many countries trying to stay afloat, not good.  We cannot keep avoiding the aftermath has to hit.  And you can see everthing is starting to slow down here, I know many down here have no work, building trade slowing down a hell of a lot, in the shopfitter's game it's the same,  Same with the renovator's game.   Already everything is just flying up. Veg, electricity, you name it, I see goverment cut backs happening everywhere, way too late, Our suplus of money should never had been spent in the first place  That's very bad house keeping.   Can't tell me we are in a good way that I keep hearing people say including Ray Hadly the other day.  But this war that's about to happen will just send the biggest after shock to us all.  Won't be able to avoid that.  Get those bullets out for sure Cate.  Have you any spares?!!!!. could make a killing on this....... Hmm!!!!!!!.
