Hi All,  Now Jan and Caroline you concerned Ladies, The discussion Federal Budget was entered on the spur of the moment and as a semi-funny skit meant to lampoon what we were about to hear from Swan and served its purpose taking into account the rubbish he came out with on Budget night. I was completely unaware of another serious discussion going on the Budget and as I am not interested at all in anything Juliar and Swan regurgitate for the benefit of Labor lovers and the complete moronic element who pay their union dues to allow shifty Union leaders and maybe even  jailbirds to represent me in  Federal Parliament, I will remove this discussion about 5PM tomorrow Thursday 10th. Best wishes with your serious Budget discussion.

Now as for bro’ al and his RWN. Your Recc. no 3); "Spend it on ladies of the night". Isn't Craig T your local member? Is he also one of your customers for financial advice?  :-)

Blasphemy if I have never heard any and such scurrilous remarks are unfounded.  I will have you know my clients are pawnbrokers, sp bookies and other honest gentlemen who meet secretly behind closed doors in houses of the Rising Sun.  And NO I never take Politicians as over long experience I have found they cannot be trusted. Be very careful how you speak about our member for Dobell,  bro' al  for rumour has it around here that his defence on the “ ladies of the night" charge put feelers out and found his case was holding firm indeed.  Honest, no perhaps that word is a bit strong; rather, concerned Labor Union members have been observed and will and do on occasion swear.  However in defence of Craig they will swear loud and long in fact a marathon of swearing that he was simply on assignment for the Union and was WORKING under the COVERS….Case Dismissed.

I will admit he is a new boy as regards Parliamentary duties, but he quickly got into the spirit of things and as soon as possible after taking up his Federal Post he was away overseas on a taxpayer funded $27,000 holiday, sorry the correct title is Study Tour and the whole time on that trip he had the interests of Dobell at heart. It’s there for all to see in his report on his overseas study trip and it could have been read word for word 5 years ago on the internet. He is meticulous in his research.

Anyway bro' al what can an Electorate named I was told after a housepainter expect from its MP after he was disfranchised from his credit card. That urge to spend still remains it’s a medical condition similar to warts. I know how he feels being disfranchised from what was to be my life’s work here but I surrender to higher authority.  Well, bro’ al was it Shakespeare or George in Seinfeld who remarked “Parting is such sweet Sorrow.” NOW a warning don’t come the old soldier on me and reply it was really Craig Thomson as this discussion will be history come tomorrow afternoon. Hi All, and Caroline and Jan a mediation attempt.

 Well  I have been very busy since my last reply  , a fast car trip to Darlinghurst  Wednesday evening to visit a Solicitor for a consultation concerning my problems with a Federal Budget discussion that is not a discussion on the Federal Budget.  Her usual place of business is on the corner of Darlinghurst Rd.  and some other small lane and business hours are from 10pm to 4am.  But she is a wizard on human relationships, budgets, credit cards etc.  and agreed to meet with me in a local coffee lounge to examine and give an opinion on my case. As she examined my laptop entries her mobile continued to receive call after call from clients wishing to meet with her. It was obvious to me that in the world of soliciting she was up there with the best and she charged accordingly and did not take credit cards or as she put it I have no intention of being taken for a (????) I think she meant free ride.  As she mulled over the complicated issues concerning myself I began to feel desperate and breathlessly asked her “Is there an escape Clause.” I was rather bemused by her unexpected answer given out of the corner of her mouth as she continued to read diligently all the documents. She said “Out the back past the kitchen into the lane and through the fence with the missing palings and into the next street.” It being all double Dutch to me I just pretended I understood and said no more. She delivered her judgment and after an hour’s meditation she stated.

The 2012 Budget has had 259 Views and 41 Replies……… whilst

Federal Budget has had 65 Views and 8 Replies… only someone with a passion for exclusiveness in their background could complain about his site that is based on stupidity in comment to ridicule Juliar and Labor and Wayne.     Australia’s Three Stooges in real life.

My Solicitor’s, conclusion simply keep the site and change the NAME it will die a natural death in time but continue have fun with it, there is far too much rehashed over and over again rebirthed rubbish on the internet and in any case the Budget is a sick Labor joke and no one is laughing at it or its consequences that will impact all Australians.  Besides she said I have the Carbon Tax adjustments to add to my fee come July and I rely a lot on street lighting.

So one giggle, a heehaw , a crinkled facial expression , or a deep seated laugh or comment on or against Labor means  it beats Wayne’s  Budget night fiasco  hand downs.   So the site will remain with a new name. Just Ground’s Lampoons Governments.    A free for all Sites for one and ALL to make a joke out of all Government related stupidities.  Federal, State, Council, common Politicians and Political Leaders the scope is endless for a laugh at all Government’s antics.

 If it not possible to make a name change and I am new at this section of Just Grounds this site will be deleted and Just Ground’s Lampoons Governments.    A free for all Sites for one and ALL to make a joke out of all Government related stupidities.  Federal, State, Council, common Politicians and Political Leaders the scope is endless for a laugh at all Government’s antics.  Well I am sure all those still riveted to Just Grounds and keen to witness crossed swords at ten paces in the one sided struggle for supremacy over the copyright on the name Federal Budget will be pleasantly relieved to discover Peace and Harmony has been restored to the one remaining Federal Budget Discussion ownership on Just Grounds .This outcome was enabled by a magnificent gesture by a modest and caring person who shall remain incognito or to those not Public School educated namelessly unknown.  At great personal expense and experience I might add for the costs of legal advice from one of the top Female Solicitors with headquarters in Darlinghurst Road does not come cheap and in an attempt to reduce the price of the consultation I introduced a little flattery into the discussion as the account was being calculated. She was wearing a very low cut front dress not that I normally notice such things and I passed the observation “You are really an outstandingly beautiful woman”.  You understand there was no attempt at foreplay in my words; I was sort of hoping to start a bargaining point like they do in the Far East.  She was quick to reply and I may add without her fingers missing a number on her hand held calculator. Well she said “ Those two outstandingly points you have not been able to take your eyes off for the last ten minutes are not included in the price of this consultation, but can be added if further consultation is required. “I paid the account as written and quickly fled the scene back to the safety of the Central Coast. You see it only proves when you reach the age where you are under Doctors orders and on a diet for everything, you can look at the menu but should not comment on the contents. 

But more to the point of this really what is our Tax money?  Nothing really only the Labor Government’s Spending Money,  if the Juliar/Swan Budget taught Australia anything it was how to laugh in the face of adversity.  A Joke of an Economic Statement delivered in the hope their vote buying money  handout announced prior to Budget Night  by those World Wide Jokes in Government on the Hill will help to sell the unsellable.

Now distinctly opposite was Tony Abbott’s reply to the Budget he told it how it was now and how it will be if he is a future Prime Minister.  Straight and to the point   Regards all Robert WN

Just my Opinion

The Political misfit named Katter.

Well the real Katter has surfaced once again in our decision making processes we last saw him in action during the infamous Hung Parliament fiasco.  It was at that Hung Parliament the true worth of an Independent who is elected promoting himself as a Liberal and then goes his own way to further his own ends and to hell with the people who elected him was demonstrated. Yes that breed of Elected Garbage was on display, in the forms of Windsor, Oakshott and Katter.

But it was Katter who pranced around declaring he would make Juliar pay hard, and long for his support and prolonging the Hung parliament stand-off as he basked in the limelight.

 He held press conferences at airports mimicked the role  and importance of a PM in waiting and played hard to get as he considered himself indispensable to Juliar’s ambitions and so able to play the hard to get game.  It was a Windsor, Oakshott and Katter Paradise.  Then Oakshott and Windsor cut the deal with Juliar unknown to big headed Katter and he received the bums rush not needed notice from Juliar and slunk back to Queensland. To put it mildly Juliar probably put up with his ravings until she had the numbers she needed and then scatter Katter.

Now of course Katter has formed his own Party in Queensland, Katter’s Australian Party.

Illustrating for all to see  the ignorance and the arrogance of the man who must be the center  of attention or he  becomes very  anti-social and spiteful and great holder of grudges  when he considers he doesn’t get his own way and The Katter Australian Party  is Katter first and Australia second as the title suggests. Imagine the outcry if Pauline Hanson had named One Nation Hanson’s One Nation Party

Note, below two of Katter’s Australian Party values, just a pity he ignores them in his Federal Political career.

Katter’s Australian Party Core Values and Principles

No. 3.Governments is accountable to the Australian people for the management of outcomes that protect and enhance both the social and economic fabric of the Australian people and the sovereignty and independence of the Australian nation.

No.4j.put Australia’s interests first in respect to ownership of agricultural land, corporations, utilities, resources, and the means of production and ensure that foreign ownership or control of resources and agricultural production only occurs when it is in the national interest and does not undermine or threaten Australia’s independence and sovereignty.

Katter started Politics as a National about 1980 but became upset when they voted for the Liberal’s deregulation of the sugar and milk industries and became an Independent in 2001 and he still carries that grudge against the Nationals to this day.

He is a very loose cannon and is likely to come out with an off the cuff remark that insults all and sundry at any moment, he is not a team player unless he is the Captain.  Example, his stupid anti-gay rant marriage advert and the garbage following that he needed police protection. Just Katter putting out the feelers for red-neck anti-gay vote.

The Katter Australian Party won only two seats in the Queensland Election and keeping it in the family Katter’s son the Party head in Queensland won in Mt. Isa, they also won the seat in Dalrymple. They are barely an irritation at the moment in Politics in Queensland as is Katter in Federal Politics.

His chance to do something to benefit Australia was passed up recently despite his so called Party’s Core values and Principles.

Katter stated he would not support suspending Mr Thomson from the Parliament, or forcing his resignation, until the matters against the MP had been heard by the court. Thus to spite Abbott and Australians crying out for an Election, he gave Julia the extended lifeline she needed. No doubt he will be calling in that favour for one of his own behind the scenes.

Having watched his performances Katter is to me nothing but a Political Joke with a need to feel important and an ego to match.

Meanwhile in Craig Thomson’s Dobell Electorate we have to continue to suffer this individual, his excuses and lies and pictures splashed on the cover of our local fish and chip wrapper.Thank you Bob Katter.

Hi Beverly, I sincerly hope we are all mates in Just Grounds even if at times we ask sticky questions of each other's judgements.  We cannot always agrees or be right every time or worse still be right all the time. Ouch! Did I say "right all the time" if that were so what a boring world it would be full of Bob Katter. Be reassured I strictly follow my Doctor's prescriptions and he says no to further unnatural heart palpitations and no more Solicitors. Very best regards, Robert WN

 I am so glad that my whinge about doubling up on topics has resulted in this one.  I find your musings about your solicitor,  as distinct from a barrister or even a barista very informative, as are your views on the Katter in the Hat , or is that the Mad Katter, and the party to which he has given his name. 

 

You musings on the current parliamentary members are the only good things about them,  so will look forward to further opinions on this site.

HI Jan,  to be truthful I was very relieved to lose that case as the fees in Darlinghurst for procuring seedy Hotel rooms for consultations and perhaps extras i.e. afternoon tea on the side, not including the costs for letters, telephone calls were all starting to add up.  I’m not a  Packer you know , indeed I’m not even related to them,  I may have some similar traits that is short arms and long pockets but that is not heredity and besides he started with full pockets.  As this case of name changing dragged on I seriously considered a High Court challenge and briefed Council.  But the Mayor of Wyong Council said during the briefing that believing as a rate payer I was eligible to claim representation was far from the whole evidence to be considered in this case.  As he pointed out I wished only to change my name whereas our MP Honest Craig Thomson (his words) wished to clear his and all the money allotted for down and outs challenging in the High Court had been used to help fund our embattled MP Craig Thompson.

Clear his name indeed!  Shame!  The man is innocent as he tells to all and sundry sorry misprint should have read “to all the Sunday Papers.  Besides the Mayors of Wyong and The Entrance both believe his story, as they said “Would we have had our pictures on the front page of the” Thomson Times “that was funded unknown to the Health Workers Union by them and circulated throughout Dobell at odd time praising of all people that publicity shy MP for Dobell if we believed for even a second he was guilty and we men in political life stick together. Faced with this glowing character reference I withdrew my request for funds. So to avoid further litigation I undertook the name change a simple enough task all that was necessary was my birth cert. a passport, and a signed letter from my mother’s gynaecologist affirming my existence, all straight forward and without further ado I had my new name in Just Grounds. I believe it is carried out these days by computer whereas in earlier years it was the task of the town crier and so took much longer to accomplish. Hi, Dr Caroline, I thank you for your question on virusi and warti as I believe the plurals of virus and wart are addressed when mentioned in medical school.  It is indeed a very complex subject and I wouldn’t think of hazarding an opinion were it not for the fact I myself have a medical degree and have dabbled in that science. It  i.e. warti   is a very common affliction in pickpockets who come into contact with many strange infections  on and in wallets  or back trouser pockets, to which the original  owner has become immune due to constant contact.  Credit cards or their user are not immune to this disease either and it is likely the MP Craig Thomson I referred to is also stricken...  It is a medical case of familiarity breeds contempt and warti larvae.  A severe case has been known to keep pickpockets from their honest employment over long periods at which times they and family have been forced to survive only on social service payments. The delicate touch needed to ply their trade is destroyed by some awkwardly located warti on the fingertips.  I have diagnosed many a case with this crippling affliction especially in Bombay where I served a short internship under a Doctor Professor Ali Barber Khan MD who with a number of other Medical Providers had his practice in Chapattis Boulevard Bombay.  Dr Kahn’s Medical Notice board displayed on the door to his waiting room read.

But in my brief internship with him and over a refreshing cup char (tea) he explained he should have graduated with honours but that Indian Ghandi came and visited the Queen in his pyjamas and in retaliation the College took it out on him and awarded a certificate of failure. Now to understand the Medical System in India at that time it is necessary for me to explain. But first let me tell you of my Medical Degree. I was between ships on the west coast of America (meaning I had lost my engineering job with a certain shipping company and was waiting for another sea posting) when in the San Francisc Herald Times  I read of a Medical College in South Carolina  it was under the control of a very forward thinking Gentleman a  Dr. Professor Do. Less MD he had introduced into education a plan whereby the unemployable if given the incentive to start at the Top and then learn from experience could become a very productive workforce.

His forward thinking plan has just recently been adopted by the NSW Schools Education Board who have suddenly realised that stress of any kind especially examinations for children carried out in the school system can lead to problems in later life. Thereby Quad Erat Demonstratum it is hoped in the future all examinations will be eliminated or pass marks lowered to accommodate a pass for all.  

However Dr. Professor Do. Less had advertised a crash two days Medical, Doctorate Course initiated by his Medical College in South Carolina   whereby for a cost of US$125 a full degree of Doctorate of Medicine could be granted. The advert. mentioned where to apply for the forms to be sent in with the cash. As Shipping was becoming a little precarious as a living provider I decided to get another string added to my employment resume and applied to the College to attend the course also sending the extra requested US$75 for the necessary Textbooks. A fortnight later I received an A4 type envelope and a large box of text books. In the A4 envelope was my Medical degree Certificate fully stamped and witnessed.  I was now Robert W.Nickisson MD etc. and a covering letter explaining that as the course was fully overbooked exceptional candidates were awarded their doctorates as a matter of course and this had applied to me. I was also provided with a copy of the Hippomocratic Oath and told to swear it immediately before a JP Judge and I did as was ordered and returned the papers to the college. Five days later I was offered a further shipping engineering contract of employment and left San Francisco together with my box of medical textbooks. My medical degree remained unused until a year later when I found myself again between ships in Bombay India. So you see Caroline I can reveal little else of my medical exploits my first amputation was a rather grisly affair and when attending Dr. Khan removing an appendix only to find we had removed a liver because the textbook had been printed in reverse and replacing and repairing our work it was a long operation. In the end the patient with appendix finally removed and kidney re attached was returned to the ward and fully recovered. After some further time with Dr. Kahn and at one stage was put on two week bedpan duty as a punishment for mentioning Warts or Warti to Dr. Kahn as he held the view that they were a horticultural diseases similar to grafti. Finally I returned again to my sea going career and never again returned to Medical Practice.

My Medical degree Certificate has not been activated here in Australia although I tried as Australian Medical authorities cannot locate the particular College in Carolina or School of Medicine that issued it. But my recent investigations have revealed it was an offshoot of a branch of that infamous East Anglia University in England and their Professor Jones who lied about sea rise Temperatures and when questioned about his  proof deleted all the programs from his computer saying he did it absentmindedly.

And Caroline with it probably went my hard won Medical Degree, sacrificed because of Global Warming and Sea Rise temperatures.  That brings us back to MP Craig Thomson and as you can see it is not possible for me to comment on whether he has  virusi and or severe warti as my Hippomocratic  Oath  prevents speculation. Something that you as a practicing Medical person would understand. My lips are sealed but Dr Nickisson MD does on occasion attend some seminar and submits an occasional paper on surgery but under a nom de plum. Regards Robert WN

Hi Caroline, At last someone helping me out, encouragement, criticism, staccato sentences, and anger at losing your place when reading my drivel.  I regret that but change I cannot, those short arms and long pockets instinctively force me to use all the paper at my disposal and white spaces on the page distress me being the son of pawnbrokers.  Perhaps I can introduce a double space between sentences as per  that but no more.  Anyway I am all written out with wit at present and must turn my thoughts back to the political circus engulfing our country.  The new rubbish of the Flannigan Climate Change team, all ears now awaiting the confession of the Century by Thomson in Parliament, the continuing  Oakeshott, Windsor, Independent chop/change debacle.  Who really needs wit you can laugh continuously at the antics of Juliar and her Labor circus on the hill. If that is not enough we have in NSW O’Farrell and who knows who he and his team represent NSW or Labor or the United Nations. Keep up the good work.  You know I once went to buy a special type of goldfish in the slum area of Shanghai and as I was leaving the Chinese house with the fish I was pursued by the a group of 6 year olds screaming in Chinese lingo White Devil and throwing rocks when an old Chinese man came out and sent them scattering allowing me to regain my rickshaw and leave the area.  Not surprising really when Parks in Central Shanghai were sign-posted No Dogs or Chinese Allowed.  Best regards, Robert WN.

Perhaps during your extensive travels and medical studies you met three friends of mine. Penni Cillin, Amy Trytaline, and Val I Yum were interested in ?downgrading their nursing PhD's to Medical Doctorates. They studied under Professor Sir Osis Liver. They also graduated in limited time and had to get a special dispensation from the University to Graduate. Their achievements made it to Craig Thompson's Weekly News Letter which is given free to all the 'ladies of the night' at King's Cross.

After graduation, one married a politician, the other two travelled to London: one joined MI 5 and the other joined MI 6. I cannot tell you any more as I would have to kill you. If that happened I would probably end up in the cell next to Craig Thompson and end up being visited by short armed men with viral warts wearing coats with long pockets.

Quite frankly such a punishment for disposing of a man who writes extremely long paragraphs (albeit very witty but still causing me to constantly lose my place) is, in my opinion, a tad excessive.

Please feel free to use the above format, that is shorter paragraphs and spacing, in future correspondence. We do not want to put our readers off-side particularly the 'ladies of the night' who wear tri-focal glasses.

Hi All,

Please those who have the attribute of excellent mental recall may remember as I can the Title of my discussion that also caused a revolt over a wide spectrum and amongst some concerned Just Grounds members.  For somewhere in the title I had the forbidden words W.i.e C..l..s and it caused our benefactor Rob a very serious headache as Google that upstart discussion program in opposition to Just Grounds gave the Discussion an extra Red Cross banning opening or entering it except for sticky beaks in Government research. I think they considered it racist or some other stupidity. For the good of all Rob managed to smooth it over and my title was changed and all offending words pursued to the last full stop were removed. So please if you recall the title NEVER mention on here again.   And I know I promised never to mention my Solicitor again but like Juliar and her very, very loose contract with the truth, version of Yes, Prime Minister. I must state had she who must not be mentioned been my Solicitor back then Questions requiring  Answers  would have been raised on how did Google the opposition have my work on their inferior rag and no-doubt out of Court settlements would have been made.

Seriously.   However in that Discussion I eluded to the practice of Overseas Mining and other Conglomerates breezing in and all over Australia buying political influence.  Hiring on large salaries droves of ex-Political people from BOTH Political Parties as high profile Lobbyists to influence Government to give them the right to enable them to legally rape and pillage Australia and the Australian people’s lands and properties as and where  they pleased . We thus have  our elected Political representatives (in earlier times referred to as Government) supporting  and encouraging  in the furthering of  these mining interests irrespective of whether the Electorate agreed or disagreed in fact the Electorate were not even consulted. I considered the Overseas Mining and other Conglomerates were treating Australia as their previous records in West Africa, New Guinea and Indonesia showed as just another third world country to be used for generating massive profits for their investors with the minimum of possible of gain for Australia and without a care for the problems caused by their extraction   methods. In other words Fracture the land ,contaminate the water, Destroy towns and the local’s lives (CSG mining) Get it out, Process it ,Send it away overseas, Get the profits, and finally when supply runs out, Get out, leaving the mess and problems for Australia and its third world peoples to clean up. Just as their records show they treated West Africa, New Guinea and Indonesia amongst others.

Although the respective State Governments attempt in every way to conceal or play down this activity. This is actually taking place at this very moment all over Australia.

However something is taking place in Western Australia up near Broome that is the dregs when it comes to State Governments concern for or governing in the interests of the People. Proving beyond a doubt Australia has become just a third world quarry and the people of no consequence at all or become as I referred to them in my earlier Banned Discussion W…e C….es.

So what is happening in the Broome Area?  Why has the Western Australian Government sent POLICE to this peaceful Town? Read below the small summary taken from

I noticed that you said that you are 'all written out with wit'. My question is does that means that you are, for the present at least, witless?

I have watched our very, very new Foreign Minister, Bob Carr, in China. Poor guy either he could not pronounce that Chinese man's name and/or could not remember it so he, with exceptional flowery prose referred to him as 'one of the men I spoke to'. He looked like Mr Lampoon's Lament (meaning he had been out doing whatever men do with Chinese ladies of the night) as he addressed the Chinese Press Gallery of two. No one else was interested in his tour of the country even though he has a title, an Australian Passport and a similar credit card to the one Craig Thomson uses used to use (hopefully).

Just watching him floundering about like a large brim on a beach with the golden sun setting in the west, a new moon circling the shy and a new star twinkling at its tip (OMG I have caught Rob's flowery virus, 'warti') I wanted to start WW3 in our own country. So I rang Rob's solicitor for a bit of legal advise and she hung up the 'phone in my ear. Shame!!! Perhaps she was a trans sexual and poor old Rob did not notice the difference as he had left his tri-focal glasses at home. What other reason would she have to not speak to a person with a Title (Dr) no less. 'Jealous old tart' I thought.
