I just put some encouragement onto his site. Thanks for posting that Janet as I hadn't even heard of him till you alerted us the other day. He is an impressive man.

Thanks, Guys! Steve, thank you for putting the video on here, and Rob, Deb & Steve for commenting on his site. I think guys like this need all the moral support we can give them.

This morning our 21-year-old office manager asked me why she had not heard of Cory Bernardi before now. I laughed out loud. What a great question. Wilson Tuckey has been speaking out on the ETS, but the leftists have him labelled "rogue" "renegade" "cowboy" and any other ad hominem attack they can think of, and Liberals believe them!

Obviously, Cory is not on the radar screen yet, based on the lack of ad hominem and negative attacks on his website. We all need to be cognizant of the fact that ANYONE who speaks up against the "consensus" gets attacked. It will be interesting to see how they go about it with Cory. He's so damn NICE. Of course, so is Jennifer Marohasy, and the leftists insisted on painting her as a monster. If any of you know Jen, that's about as laughable as calling Mao benevolent!

Stupid answer #412 (LOL)
Calves should "fart" less than cows as they dont develop a rumen till weaning when they rely on enteric fermentation for digestion (rumen bugs) Prior to this they drink milk which goes straight to the abomasum and is digested like human digestion. Its to do with angle of head when drinking and training the little flap of muscle at the bottom of their throat to close off the rumen when they drink milk (head up) or open when they graze (head down). Thats why some poddy calves blow out and poop black when they are bucket fed. Milk is essentially poured into a warm, dark, wet, hot, anearobic environment and basically goes off.
it depends then on how the calf is fed and whether it is allowed a slow diet of green feed and much rumen fermentation or it goes onto grains which speed digestion and therefore have less "farts".

Not a stupid Q Deb -just a stupid system or scheme. I just heard the ABC Country Hour had a report from the Glod Coast on the Carbon Conference being held there.
What a surprise - Emmissions Trading is great and working wonderfully in Europe and why are you people taking so long ( for me to get my greasy little fingers on it.)
Gave this jerk about 10 mins and you would think he is the Trade Minister the way he lectured us all. I guess the NFF has a stall there- good place to have a conference isn't it. Good to see Agforce on the job asking for a right of reply ( that'll be the day). GO Barnaby and Cory, Fiona.Ron John W, Steve Fielding (come on Christine, get your team to vote it down for different reasons) and lets have an election on ETS

Pre weaning a calf farts at the same rate as a human therefore standard human fart tax should apply. LOL

Just wait, Cate, they'll get to that. Remember the over-all goal is to decrease the human population. But it's like cigarettes...as long as they're around anyway, we just tax the heck out of them. :-)
