Al Oshalck a resident of Northern NSW, took Rous Water and Ballina Council to court before they could apply fluoride to the water supply.

Rous Water and Ballina Council made the decision NOT to withdraw their defence of water fluoridation and have decided to proceed with the court case.

If they were to withdraw their defence, they would have to undertake a costly Environmental Impact Study in order to abide by Justice Biscoe’s recent ruling: Judge Biscoe has ruled in Al Oshalcks favour that the Code of Practice 2002, EP&A Act needs to be considered along with the Fluoridation Act 1957, and the fullest impact (Part 5, Section 111) on human health and the environment are relevant.

The Rous Water/Ballina Council’s legal team must have been assured of payment.....no doubt by NSW Health, while Al Oshlack and his lonely barrister, James Johnson must rely on severely limited finances. Court case details here.
This will be the first time in Australia that our antiquated and barbaric fluoridation legislation will be legally challenged on the grounds of environmental safety, including health risks of fluoride to human health.

This is an issue of Individuality against the Collective, against the rape of communities by Psychotic Social Planners.

All a bit of a croc I think:  I lived most of my life in Melbourne and at 72 still have my own teeth, as do husband and all of our children.

Melbourne celebrates the 'Fluoride Heroes'

Media Release, Friday 22 March 2002

Melbourne is today celebrating 25 years of continuous water fluoridation.

Before 1977 dental decay was ubiquitous and severe in Melbourne. Today, the success of fluoridation is clear with significantly reduced dental decay in Melbourne and other fluoridated areas around Victoria.

"Fluoridation of drinking water remains the most effective and socially equitable way to achieve community-wide exposure to the caries-prevention effects of fluoride," says Associate Professor Mike Morgan, University of Melbourne, School of Dental Science.

The Hon. John Thwaites, State Labour Health Minister, and the Hon. Sir Rupert Hamer AC KCMG, former Victorian Liberal Premier (1972-1981), will mark the 25th Anniversary with The University of Melbourne, the Australian Dental Association, Dental Health Services, Victoria and the Department of Human Services.

In February 1977, fluoride was added to Melbourne's water supply at 1 part per million.

Fluoride is a naturally occurring element with scientific evidence of its benefit stretching back to the 1940s

Fluoride is a naturally occuring element in natural foods. What is placed in water is toxic waste. What they do not tell you is the ill effects that people suffer. Why did all the crops and livestock within kms die around the plants until they put the scrubbers in place? The byproduct of the scrubbers is labelled toxic waste. Purchased by council, stickers removed and into your water!

Those who propogate the good effects of Fluoride are in step with the indusrty. Watch 'Firewater' and you may see a different picture.

Because you still have your teeth is not evidence that Fluoridated water is good. If you want to drink toxic waste, thats fine, but why should all urban dwellers be prescribed the same dose regardless of age, weight and health. there is no other medicine that is applied in this way. Mass medication, giving people little choice.

It is a freedom issue.

Do you feel the same way towards vaccination ?

Thanks Jan,

Yes I do. Both vaccination and fluoridation have one thing in common. The invasion of the body, which in my thinking is the individuals responsibility. If one chooses to do so, OK, but against the individuals will no.

Bodies of all types are the most amazing piece of automatic machinery around.

They are self-managing, self-repairing and built to survive against other predators and all other natural forms of other life in an endless cycle.

They have inbuilt mechanisms to reject, neutralise or dispose of any foreign matter that threatens its survival. It has sensors to detect what is good for it and what is not.

It also has inbuilt mechanisms to detect new threats and over time work out solutions to the new threat and overcome it.

All animal bodies do this. For example, you kill of rabbits with myxo mitosis and you get a new breed that makes itself immune.

Human bodies are the same. Left to their own devices they will, like all other bodies, run their life span healthy and well.

Now when you start messing with that with chemicals, manufactured foods, drugs and medicines or anything that’s not naturally grown you introduce foreign substances into the system and its inbuilt programs have to deal with that. Sometimes it can and other times it can’t.

Animal bodies get along pretty well until they get challenged from the by-products of human activity such as the waste products and chemicals from human factories, mining and the various other pollutants humans produce.

There is more to a human than just an animal body of course. There is a person in there and they add their bit of upset to the body’s natural self-running, self-repairing program by filling their bodies with sensation causing chemicals or other unnatural substances or living naughty lives. But that’s a separate factor. The fact that a person can live to 70, drink poison in the form of fluoride, and still have good teeth shows the bodies amazing ability to counteract the poison. Others aren’t so lucky. But having good teeth at an older age in no way proves that fluoride was the cause of it. He probably ate much more healthy food which gave the body what it needed to counteract the poison.

On a side note, the fact that every living entity on the planet, to live out its life cycle, depends totally on the fact that it has to kill another life form as food to do so is a pretty vicious set up by the creator in my opinion.

All living things are programed to do this. A few vegetarians try to ease their guilt by believing somehow that vegetables aren’t alive or some other weird rationale. But polar bears, puffins and mistletoe just get on with it and do what they have been programmed to do over the centuries. Kill to live.

Some good points Merv, a life needs life, carnivor or vegetarian, both need once living organisms to survive. However all life comes from the Creator which in turn is imparted to all the creation.

The interesting thing is as you have pointed out we have inbuilt natural resistors. However does this mean we should ignore knowlege  and fact once it comes? "My people are desroyed for lack of knowledge."

Yes, Leon,

People feed their bodies with drugs, liquids, chemicals and other man-made crap seeking some kind of "sensation" or stimulation because of ,like you said, lack of knowledge of the what they are doing to it.

Despite that, the body will still try to keep going and live, and amazingly does so, such are the inbuilt mechanisms of survival.

Survival, and only survival, as you may know, it the primary driving force motivating all life. If you are looking for a common denominator behind it all, that's it. Everything alive answers to that command. The only difference between any and all life forms is the way it goes about it. But if you look into it you cannot find one thing alive that. no matter what it is doing, it is trying to survive.

Even humans, with all their varieties of activity, still follow this command. No matter what they get up to and no matter how clever or criminal they act, they believe what they are doing at any particular time is helping them survive better in their terms. Many times regardless of the damage it might be doing to other humans or life forms.

Interesting philosophy, Merv and Leon, but I agree 100% with Jan. As does, I think you will find, the vast majority of the medical world.

Unfortunately, unlike Jan, I grew up in various parts of Qld, and didn't leave for the south until I was 30. As a result, most of my teeth were stuffed well before then. Our kids and grandchildren, drinking fluoridated water from earliest days, all have excellent teeth.

Cheers  bro' al

PS!  Just noticed the following detail, from your main post Leon: "Listen to commentry with Dentist Caree Alexander ......"

Underlining is mine. Amusing name for a dentist? Unless of course you are a Dental Caries sufferer  :-(

Cheers  bro' al

Good morning Leon and Merv.  The miniscule amount of Fluoride in a water supply that will prevent dental caries,  has proven to be harmless.

As for vaccination,  would I be right in assuming that neither of you have been vaccinated ?

Have you ever seen someone in an iron lung due to polio, as happened in the 1940's before Dr Salk found his life-saving  vaccine to prevent it ?  I have:  Ever seen a tiny baby desperately trying to breathe due to  whooping cough, because unvaccinated people had spread the disease ?   I have.   As a former nurse, a mother and a grandmother I strongly endorse vaccination, and I don't believe unvaccinated children should be allowed in day-care or pre-school centres, or even at school - as one can wreak havoc (especially with whooping cough as I mentioned earlier).

Do you not have vaccinations against malaria, typhoid, tetanus etc when travelling abroad to countries where these diseases still exist. ?  Or do you just hope for the best -  or just stay at home ? Then what about the eradication of tuberculosis ?  How do you think that happened.,  do you think it just fizzled out itself ?

Our family GP is very much into natural medicine and maintaining "wellness" in preference to treating illness -  he maintains that vaccination is essential for preventing disease and in order to maintain "wellness".

Certainly, there will always be a very small percentage of people for whom vaccination is not an option for various reasons, but in the main it keeps the population free of formerly killer diseases.

"You may think your children seem just fine without their vaccinations, but that's because of a phenomenon called "herd immunity." Let's say you live in a neighborhood where every kid has been immunized except yours. There's hardly any chance little Billy will contract whooping cough when he's out with his buddies because all of them are immune. In essence, this is immunization-by-proxy, and it takes advantage of everyone else's immunity. Rather than taking the high ground, you're sponging off the other parents on the block who chose to do the responsible thing. If, on the other hand, all the parents behaved like you and Susie came down with whooping cough, it would spread like wildfire through the playground.

You need to understand that your child does not live in a vacuum. He or she interacts with others everywhere. Unvaccinated children can be the vehicles for introducing deadly diseases into communities. Children with compromised immune systems who cannot be vaccinated are especially vulnerable."

Hello Jan,

I am sure then you have read all these reports.

http://www.naturalnews.com/032319_water_fluoridation_civil_rights.html

http://www.naturalnews.com/032129_fluoridation_intelligence.html

http://www.naturalnews.com/031892_fluoride_corrosive.html

http://www.naturalnews.com/031705_infant_formula_fluoride.html

This of course is just a VERY short list of similar stuff.

As I said in my earlier article, the human body is built to maintain itself despite humans doing their best to muck about and upset its functions and feeding it stuff it was never designed for.

By all means feed it poison and it will still grow good teeth in most cases if it hasn't been deprived of enough other good vitamins and minerals to counteract the poison.

Hi Merv -  tell me this -  if you got cancer of the prostate -  would you expect it to heal itself ?   After all most of the effective cancer treatments are toxic.
